The facility was clean but my rolldown door had been broken for years! And yes I had told people. I had some issues with employees being not very knowledgeable or helpful but that was awhile back. And Melissa the manager has always been good! The only other thing was the price now.

My truck was terrible - The windshield seal fell off on the driver side and would hang and flap in the wind, we tried to reattach, but it would just come out when we went on the interstate. Also, BIG ISSUE, every time we were going above 50mph, and hit the brakes, the engine would rev up but the truck would slow as its supposed to. It was scary, not sure why the truck would rev to 6 or 7 when slowing down, but it did it every time when braking from a higher speed. I told the gentlemen that when we returned the truck and he was not very nice about it but did say he was putting the truck in for service which made me feel better no one else would go through our experience. I called and also told the agent these items but it seemed there was nothing we could do besides offer us an extra day. I also asked for a receipt, was told it would be emailed to me and I still have not seen it either. This was a Terrible uhaul experience, I am very disappointed. I have uhaul before, not sure I will be again.

The vehicle had a check engine light on when I got in it and that was not documented before I received the vehicle so I was held liable at drop off. The assistant manager behind the front counter refused to let me know the policies of uHaul even after letting her know that I was a first time customer. Whenever calling her back to ask questions she was very rude, hung up the phone on me the first call and asked questions such as. "You should've asked questions", "can you not read?", and called me a "dumbass." I will not ever be using this location and after an experience like this to where even upper management doesn't tell you how their contracts work probably will never use uHaul again. The worst customer service of my life. However the ladies at the drop off location were very helpful and actually helped me out after the corporate location in Stillwater tried to screw me over.

Melissa and her staff ate great. After heavy tain storm we discovered a leak coming in thru the ceiling of our unit luckily nothing was damagrd. I told Melissa about it and she immediately had arrangements made to have it repaired. She had also provided us with a large tarp to cover our belongings to prevent anything from getting damaged before and during the repairs being completed. I definitely would do business with them again. Great job Melissa,

The location has a lot of Uhaul trailers parked in front of my storage unit which makes it a bit inconvenient to use the property. I was very excited about the location until that happened because they have a HUGE EMPTY lot on the other side of their location which is where I thought they would be keeping all their trailers (since that is where all the trailers were parked when I leased this unit). Not sure why so many trailers were moved in front of my storage unit.

having not rented any kind of equipment in years from any where, I'm not sure how valuable my comments are. But just through common sense here it is, I would say at this rental location the lady rep there was great. BUT your company choice at this location and any location were I you I would not have any kind of trailer located for pick up--hook up to trailer hitch not on up or down hill location to hook up to, any kind of trailer should be on level flat location for hook up. and return. on the trailer I used the ramp for car loading did not pull out smoothly and even harder to re insert maybe this is normal and for safety, on this trailer the front tire restraining strap tightening crank did not operated smoothly properly and for safety, know that here in Oklahoma sun bakes and destroys everything including braided tire down strapping. also take into consideration I am old school grumpy old man. Over all your serproduct and service is was there when I needed you THANK YOU

The first location 1000 W Airport Rd the employee said he was too busy to except our trailer and to come back in an hour or so. He also stated we might be charged extra if we took it to another Uhaul location. I took it 5715 W 6th St and that gentleman was more than happy to help me. He also ensured that I would not be charged any extra fees.

This particular storage facility is not gated. The area is lit pretty well but there is no barrier other than the building door between the world and your unit. Also the interior of the units are not lit so it is somewhat hard to see what you are doing inside the unit beyond the light from the hallway.

I just finished my review for 99710340. I submitted my review before I received the email with my receipt. I also realized that I could probably go to your website and look it up, which I did. I verified that the person I dealt with did give me a discount for the missing dolly I reserved. I appreciate this and I told him this and thanked him before I left this location. It's a good experience when somebody keeps their word, which is becoming rarer from people these days. Again, I already submitted a review for 99710340 before I received my email with my receipt. Outside the missing furniture dolly, my experience was user-friendly at this location and mostly positive. The truck was very comfortable and worked great.

Everything about the location's staff is perfect. The company itself is not helpful enough to ensure they are set up for truck share 24/7. There is no barcode to scan on the door so if you are unlucky enough to book during closed hours and your phone's GPS is telling you you're 'not at the right location' then you might have to wait for staff. U-Haul, do better to support your small but crucial satellite stores. Yikes.

I was very pleased with my experience booking the trailer. On another note, I paid for 4-months of a storage space but was able to empty it with 3-weeks left in my contract. I was told that I could not get a refund on the time I do not need the storage unit. It would have been nice to get a little bit of a refund.

I think some water leaked from the AC pipes onto some of my boxes. Unfortunately some books were damaged. That's on me for not sealing them in plastic I guess. Sometimes when I needed to go there it was difficult to find time around my work schedule when the location was open. Other than that it was fine. The customer service was good.

There was a lot debris and glass in the common drive areas to get to our unit. We often worried about getting a flat when we had to go our storage unit. Our rent was fairly pricey to begin with and kept increasing. We ended up finding another facility that offered us a larger unit for $50 cheaper per month.

The only problem was the employee in OKC UHAUL STORE gave us information that we would be able to store the storage unit that night and when we got there to the storage unit and checked in at front gate they said it was after hours and to come back then had to stay in a hotel to be able to unload the Uhaul the next day.

One of your employees was amazingly helpful in us getting our bed out of the unit. Allowing us to use his truck. The facility was very clean, well organized. The only thing I would suggest is some ice melt near the back building. Besides that, everything was great.

The staff are very understanding, helpful, communicative, like talking to friends despite the utilitarian state of the business, during the stressful times of "moving"- which both business and the type of staff are essential. U-Haul is very fortunate in this regard at both my pick-up and drop-off locations. Thank you for hiring these "winners".

I have rented from Bobby for over 9 years. He has always gone above what normal people do as far as service. He is knowledgeable about many things and will come to your aid anytime. He will come in all types or weather conditions and make sure you are secure before you leave his shop. I will only rent from him. I have read some of the comments and I say if you are not satisfied with Bobby Dee then you must be the problem. He know what he is talking about and respects people in every way. He started as business but he takes it personal and I will always rent only from him if possible.

Facility is in a fairly convenient location to OSU. It is on a hill so I didn't worry about my storage flooding, but also with that, you have to be careful taking the turns in a big truck. Sometimes the lot is empty and easy to maneuver, sometime it's full of trucks making it a tight squeeze. It is not gated, but I felt it was secure. Someone is always there if you need something. Move in was easy. Move out was not bad, but make sure you follow up and get a confirmation right away. Would definitely use this facility again, if the need arises.

I was able to rent this storage unit over the phone for my daughter just before school closed for COVID. They sent all the needed information via e-mail and when we arrived the lock was in the unit and we were able to move in despite the office being closed. When we moved out everyone was kind and helpful. I like that the unit was temperature controlled and the cameras made me feel safe and secure leaving our stuff there. We will definitely rent a unit again next summer.

Took too long to check in/out. I knew it would generally take at least 30 minutes before I could get either checked in/out. Not enough staff on hand to take care of customers.

Staff was very friendly. When it was time to close out my unit there was a little confusion but the staff was quick to resolve it and very friendly.

Facility is not secure from a standpoint of gates. There are no gates requiring key card or code for entry.

Over all a good experience with a storage unit. Only had a problem with the policy regarding payment/ prorating of unit if moved out early. The property had a couple issues. We had difficulty leaving the unit entry area because of some concrete damage caused our car to bottom out if not very carefully driven over. 4 star rating due to the few minor issues. Staff was always friendly and helpful and knowledgable when inquiring about policies and procedures. Thank you for the help when we needed someone while having to move back to Eastern Oklahoma.

The facility was not clean when we moved in. Staff member Sam was not friendly, nor helpful. But the lady I dealt with moving out (name?) was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, Uhaul helped me get done what I needed to, but they did not make it easy. It was a hassle from picking up the trailer, to getting our storage unit set up. I wish there were another co. to use

I got charged an extra $43 dollars for mileage for a truck I rented from you guys because it was entered wrong.Luckily I called Uhauls customer service and got my money back. Storage unit was good.

I had a storage unit at this facility and asked for the one month credit but the office person would not give it to me. I moved out of the unit. She got one month's rent but could have gotten more.

The U-Box I rented had roaches living within it, without knowing I put all of my things into the U-Box and when I got it back my boxes had been infested with the roaches also. Very disappointed.
