Staff was awesome. Charlie McCormick was very helpful when my key got stuck in my lock . The storage facility was immaculate! Smelled clean as well . We have only ever used one other facility but the difference was like night and day . My daughter even commented how clean it smelled and how clean and shiny the storage building was . The staff was amazing the 3/4 times I had questions or needed assistance. Would highly recommend

The staff here are absolutely the best at what they do. What's more, they are quick with information about things I may be looking for as far as merchant's in the area. In my work I use storage units in different areas of New England all year. These people go above and beyond their jobs for the customer.

Only one thing I could complain about would be the prices.there is some places offering the same storage for a lot cheaper.$205 for a 10/10 is a lot I found other 10/10 climate controled for 125$ so if u haul lowered the price it would be a 5 star storage place.

Tom Sullivan Is one of the best Managers I have seen. He was very helpful in supporting me to reach my storage needs. He answered everything I needed. Provided Etiquette After hours help and was just Overly Professional. I recommend all come to UHAUL they provide the best service. I have had poor experiences with other company's. 5 stars in my book

I don't know the mans name who checked me in. He is amazing, you do not see customer service like that anymore. Hekindly shwed me the storage options, I am so glad he did. I would not have been happy with the first storage unit. Then I came back and needed to back out of a tough spot. He offered to direct me so Icould get out. He made this experience for me amazing. He was so helpful and kind. He needs a big raise because yourcustomers will be so much happier with him working for you. Merci

I went on Sunday at 5pm and the sliding doors would not open so it was a little unclear when that is accessible. Also made it difficult to be able to bring bins in one at a time with only the single door access. Thank you so much for having the lock ready for me inside the unit!

I rented a trailer on Florida, drove it to Warwick, and got a free storage unit for a month. Everything was excellent.

Large access door was locked at 7 pm, well before 10 pm end of general access time, meaning large items could not be moved through only other access point - a standard doorway. Never told about this limitation at start of rental. Huge inconvenience. Price of rental was a bit steep for size, but facility was very clean, convenient loading docks for truck or car, unit always kept at a cool room temperature, and video security. Would be 5 stars except for restricted access through large door.

Professional, clean, secure environment. Set it all up online, showed up and it was ready. Recently went in to remove my items and eventually close my storage unit on a weekend. Nothing wrong just found a spot to live with more storage. The next Monday they called asking me if I cleaned out my unit and would like to close my account, before I had an opportunity to go online myself. Couldn't have been an easier and more pleasant experience. It was also comforting to hear the staff are checking the units frequently too and checking in. 10/10

Still have two other units at the same facility, one of them for almost 20 years. Although the employees and managers have changed over time, I've always been impressed with both the facility and the help I've received.

Over the 7 years we had our units, here are my comments: --Four rate increases in last three years (50 percent) - too much to pay for storage. This was the main reason we left. --Change debit cards twice, and both times the transition was bungled despite prior notification. --Closed out unit in the middle of the month and there was no pro-rated refund. Staff was helpful during close out despite elevator problems.

77 yr old senior moved out 1 day late and Wes charged $160. for 1 day. Rodents damaged some of my belongings. I am extremely disappointed that U Haul will not give me some consideration. I have rented another unit and several trucks. Patricia Martin 401-924-3549

I was charged a late fee when I did call the store and tell them the bank cancelled my debit card because there was a fraudulent charge on my card. It was not my fault that it takes 7-10 days to get a new card. I called Uhaul as soon as I received the new card.

Happy to have secured and moved into a storage locker at this facility. The gentleman that helped me was patient and thorough in his explanation of policy and how to access my new unit.

The office personnel who checked me in were very helpful. When I returned to empty the storage, however, one the office persons was closing the door when I arrived and asked if there was a restroom I could use. He informed me that the storage building had no restrooms and that they were closed. I would have delayed them 2-3 minutes at the most. It took me much longer to find a restroom nearby before I accessed my unit. Basic kindness goes a long way.

Your younger staff is rude and obnoxious. Very cocky when answering questions. I own 3 businesses and I would not have anyone in my office that acted or commented the way they do. Spent a lot of money in your facility. Service was horrible

My first time using storage at this facility. The young gentleman at the counter walked me through all of the electronics-key in and out cards etc and walked out when I was having trouble getting access my first night He stayed to help instead of going home on time. He was excellent as were other staff members earlier in the day.

After arriving in Rhode Island I realized I didn't reserve a big enough storage unit. When I mentioned this to the gentleman that was assisting me, he not only did what he could to get me a bigger unit, he also informed me that because I relocated to another state I also got the first month free for my storage unit. That was a nice surprise! The facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Overall, I am very happy with my experience so far.

The only reason why i didnt give it a 5 was the fact that you dont prorate i cleared my unit out on the 4th of june after paying on the first and could not get the difference so i kept the unit until july first

If I was in a position to improve anything at U Haul it would be the wait time at your call center. I realize there are many customers all attempting too speak with a representative and some if not most could easily access your on line service. But in my situation I wasn't able to get access to make a reservation for my storage. I am not sure if I had spoke with a representative on the phone my issue would have been resolved? Because I hung up several times from frustration of listening to your recorded messages prompting me to use the online service that I could not. The longest wait time was almost a half n hour . My solution was to drive directly to the location . I was pleased with your Staff and the associate who help me reserve my storage unit as well as the simplicity returning your truck the next day .

When we emptied the storage bin, I went into the office to close out the paper work I asked if we would get money back since we were closing out a couple of days early would get a refund. The person closing the account said, no we don't prorate the larger units. We closed a smaller unit earlier in the money and we got money back, what is the difference?

Everyone was friendly and helpful. It gets stressful while moving, especially when you need to store everything. They rolled with changes in closing datesz movers backing out and about a hundred other things. They were real helpful.

The day that I started moving some of my things in. I asked an individual if he was an employee of the facility, and his reply was " no I just wear this brown shirt cause I like it". The reply bothered me so much that I'm looking for a new storage facility.

I tried to cancel my reservation the same day it was made. An hour later. No one answered the phone. It took 2 days to get custody service online and I charged a full months rent without even moving in.

My one complaint is that even though I had made a reservation and given my credit card, the unit I had reserved was given to someone else. End result: I was stuck with a unit that is NOT directly accessible from the outside, which inconvenienced me and caused me to pay more for my movers (to pay for the "extra steps"). I also had to spend $30 more PER MONTH for my unit.

Sliding doors were locked every time I went and I had to wait for someone to unlock them. Very inconvenient. Other than that it was very nice. Clean, well lit, and secure.

The woman who irking morning ls to clean/ lockout customers couldn't have been more rude or unprofessional in every passing and encounter. Customer service is NOT her forte. Maybe something without customer interaction? Because of that I have already secured storage with cubesmart (who's been nothing but professional and kind the whole time)

Storage area was in great shape but the mouse problem was much more than I expected when I moved out and found what was chewed up and mouse dropping everywhere. Place was dry and secure no problem.

3/4 times I've used Ubox I've had trouble with the facility up on pick up. This time they didnt remove the bolts causing me an additional round trip. I wont use it again.

My storage had mice turds all over everything. My boxes appear to be damp and moist and my boxes were falling apart other than that the facility was clean and great customer service
