Leaving trashes around dumpster area are really bad, be more demanding on the rules. And also have the outside storage renter to pickup trashes that's lying around. in their spot.

Over all my staying my experience was excellent I would like to give a very warm thank you to Martin and Linda and the rest of the staff for their hospitality unfortunately I moved to a different city so I just needed to move all my stuff but if I ever do come back to this location I will be gladly to come back and rent for them thank you for everything.

Check engine light was on. Don't supply vehicle with a engine light on. I was waiting for the truck to break down on me. The front passenger tire was low had to fill myself. I have a job, I don't work for u-haul the approval process was ridiculous. I've rented from U- haul before. Shouldn't have had to go through all of that waiting.

The truck we got the head light was out on driver side, the engine light was on and the air didn't work and most of all we had low tire pressure and when we went in they told us one thing over the phone and told us different when we got there.also we couldn't get anyone to come up front for almost 20 minutes. They should of discounted us it with all of the problems we had we even took pictures to proof it

I was quite impressed with the clean facility and well control storage climate. The secure measures to gain access to the area is to be commended. I recommend this Enterprise for all your storage needs. My only concern is the price fluctuations, but besides that I have no complaints.

When I entered the U-haul office/building, there were two employees conversing. Both employees made eye contact with me then looked away and continued their conversation. I had to say, "Good morning! No one spoke to me when I walked in the door." One of the U-haul workers said, "my apologies, you're right. Good morning." This same U-haul worker then says, "this is our manager" as he points at the other employee. The manager was not warm nor friendly. He seemed as though he was trying to hurry and get me out. He completed the check out and check in for me when I arrived and returned. However, he did not talk me through the process. He just asked for my ID, asked me to sign the contract with a quick explanation that was hard to grasp, and gave me the key. When I returned, he was assisting another customer but still did not greet me when I came into the door. He did not talk directly to me. He instead talk to my male friend about my U-haul return. He told me at the last minute that if I wanted to use debit, there would have to be a $160 hold on my account vs if I used a credit card- it would only charge me the exact amount. Luckily, I am able to run my card as debit or credit because who wants to get charged almost double rather it's temporary or not? Anyways, he's completing my payment process and I asked him very politely, "Will you email me the receipt?" He then answers, with an annoyed tone in his voice, by shaking his head slowly to symbolize a "duhhhh" kind of yes. I believe that he should have asked me if I would like a paper receipt, emailed receipt, or both. I also expect more professional and respectful behavior from a manager. I will NOT be returning to this U-Haul location nor will I recommend it.

The services reps are not friendly. I understand it's hot but you don't have to be rude. The lady wouldn't let me check the truck before before making a decision on insurance. The truck had a check engine light on. I was told I got get the truck for 24hrs upon calling and reserving. The lady wouldn't let me rent it for 24hrs. She told me I had to bring it back and rent it again even after her Co worker told her in front of me and my wife she could rent it to us for 24hrs. Upon returning the truck the lady there was rude. Never using this location again.

This is the second half of the story about the car hitting my home and van: I was at Acura dealer a few buildings over getting a replacement vehicle for the van that the car hit. I called to ask if I could return the truck to their U-Haul location there was a young man that answered the phone and was extremely disconnected from customer service. He instead that I would have to pay a fee to return the truck without having a look at the reservation. I asked to speak with the manager and he too was very rude: I guess he lead by example! prior to getting to the dealer I made arrangements to be picked up after returning the U-Haul tuck and since this location was right there it would save time and inconvenience. I arrived to the store after finishing with the dealer to return the truck and they charged me $230 fee for returning the truck

We moved all of our furniture out of my storage unit #C18 yesterday. Since being there for there 3 years Linda has treated me like family. She's always so pleasant and sweet and importantly very professional. In addition, a few months ago, there was a storage fire in my area and I've received several texts and calls to come in. There was fire at this facility and my storage unit was broken into at this location. After the fire, I contacted the office and informed them that I was coming in the afternoon to retrieve any items that were not destroyed. I arrived at my storage unit to find out all my items had been put in the trash and hauled away. Many of my family's personal items and things were gone. This is not a place you want to use. For all the money they charged me for 4 years to be treated like my things did not matter. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!!!!

Linda was the person on the counter dealing with customers. Not only me but for the 40 minutes that I was there in line awaiting to be helped (Normal busy situation not a problem at all) I witnessed Linda be literally disrespectful to every single person she dealt with. When my turn arrived no news flash there, completely rude passive aggressive and doing unnecessary steps making people very uncomfortable. After I had my fair share with her I proceed to complete my move and witnessed again in the parking lot she having an altercation that started in the office with a gentlemen that was only trying to delivery his return trailer, I also saw the same gentlemen trying to deescalate the situation inside the office and when they were outside Linda pretty much threw the paper work at the guy. I work in a industry heavily related to customer service as well and I cannot believe how a person like that is the face front dealing with customers at this level.

My catalytic converter was stolen along with others in my building. Security not that great. The GFCI plug for my unit was weak and tripped frequently leaving me with dead batteries on more than 1 occasion. The floor in building "H" was always dirty. Staff was friendly, but not always helpful.

Need interior camera monitoring of enclosed areas. You did have a break in of my unit and others in my enclosed building and exterior cameras were inadequate and no interior cameras. Really bad when we are told that facility is monitored and secure.

I have stored my RV here for several years. During hurricane Harvey I also had 2 small storage units rented. On 9/30/21 my RV was stolen in broad daylight at 17:45. Culprit was able to access the lot by tailing in on another customer's access code. On exit with my RV in tow, the gate was locked and he forced his way out, damaging the exit gate after he destroyed my hitch lock. Staff contacted me quite promptly, but security cameras lack range and resolution to be truly helpful. I recommend that additional video cameras be added to the system, perhaps a license plate reader/camera would be enough to read the vehicles of all those who come and go at all hours at this storage. I will be willing use this storage facility with more confidence when the security is upgraded to help out the excellent staff here.

The Staff at the 10515 Southwest Fwy Houston Texas location were very courteous and professional. A special shoutout to Ms. Linda, she was very kind and caring she allowed me to save some items in the location's personal storage for a few hours the day my lease ended because I couldn't fit it in my car and the location was closing for the day. The next day I came and retrieved my items, I was very grateful for that kind gesture.

This team is awesome! I was going to go with a different storage unit and came to pick up a rental truck. The team politely tried to sell me to go with them instead without being too pushy. They let their personalities, quality, and good prices do the work for them. I ended up switching to them and it was a great experience. Keep it up!

I had issues with the electrical circuit. I was told to change it . And get more powerful cord . Still no hot . . Finally Uhaul realized it was their outlet . IT was changed . Worked for 2 wks great . Then quit again . I ended up plugging into the next outlet next to me . Worked perfect . I only needed 5,hrs of electricity . To much of a hassle . But the personal was great at Helping get issues resolved 

The guy working was really nice and helpful but the woman was extremely rude and treated me like I was stupid for not standing behind the but the reason I wasn't is because the other customer was not standing in the correct spot and I was trying to keep a 6 foot distance from the other customer. Sh motioned at me and basically said don't you see this big protective screen. Like I was stupid. One of the rudest customer experiences I have had. I work field management for a major retailer and I can tell you this if that happened at one of my stores I would have let her go on the spot. Keep in mind that was the first thing she said to me so there was no interaction previous that would have warranted that kind of response . Hope she learns from this and learns to treat people better.

I have stored my R.V. at this location for almost 19 years. I never had any break ins or damage to my coach. I am donating my coach and that is the reason for my leaving the storage space.

Self made rules and Linda is very rude from the beginning to the end of this contract I tried to avoid her as much as possible. She needs some customer service skills. Will not refer to this location.

Billing was an issue when trying to transfer the account after my father passed away in may of 2017. Air conditioning was out for extended period of time and damage resulted to some items in my unit
