If I have a 1 pm appointment and I was there 8 minutes early, why would you take a car ahead of me at that time? As a result I was kept waiting for over 2 hrs to perform a task that ultimately took 20 minutes.

For someone who has never rented a trailer of this kind there should’ve been a brief tutorial on special equipment on the trailer the fender that folds down so you can get out of the door when you load the car.

Your app didn't work so I couldn't do self pickup. The items I ordered were also not already in the truck so although I had a 6,3 pick up I had to wait for opening at 7 then wait to get helped which extended my right schedule.

Adrian is very nice and was so very helpful. I have nothing but the best highest praise for how I was treated in checking in and out of my storage unit. I am a long time customer of this particular U-Haul location as it is the first place that I stopped by after rolling and steering a big wheeler U-Haul diesel thousands of miles all by myself all the way from the sunny Auburn, Alabama straight into the glorious golden and red Autumn leaves turning in the New England winds in 1999.. Feeling nostalgic and a bit poetic, yeah. Well, I am a poet and English teacher from Auburn University who had grown used to wearing boots and sweaters just for show and snow snow snow had to grow on me, but Adrian has a warmth about him and a kindness that lasts a long while. His kindness and generosity won't steer any future customers away. I highly recommend this place and Adrian.❤️

The staff was great! The place was really clean. The only problem I had was that the rent kept going up, and up, and up , and up again. I understand with inflation life gets more expensive. But I had the same room for all my stuff and nothing changed but the price. So yeah keep a consistent price like. I should be paying the same amount a money the day I start paying and the day I stop paying should be the same price. Work on that!

I could not see the inside of the truck as it was dark upon pickup. But the service in obtaining the truck in Worcester was excellent. However, upon return of the truck to the Fall River location, horrible service!!! I will never return. I was charged unlawfully $25 for a water bottle being left in the car. Only bags of clothing were transported in the truck and removed in less than 24 hours. We never ate in the truck! We never caused debris or dirt of any kind in this truck! You need to close this establishment -- it's scamming customers. I will pursue a complaint for action and remedy.

The truck we had had a "squeal" noise whenever you were going a speed over 60 mph. Couldnt locate it to stop it.!! It was very annoying when you were traveling 3 days cross country…!! We got into rain which seemed to help make it stop….

The car was extremely dirty, with all the over being very unclean. It's unacceptable to deliver a car to a customer without cleaning the backside, as it could potentially harbor bugs that might damage furniture or items being moved from one place to another.

I needed a truck rental for September 31, 2023 and a self storage space for a short period of time. I discussed the above requests with the U Haul staff in Shrewsbury street. What made an impression was that the staff in general were very indifferent to my requests, with the exception of an employee named Adrian. Adrian's approach was very human and his maximum predisposition for finding a solution. Adriani found a solution for me in the multitude of requests.

"24hr access" is a loaded statement. You can't open the roll up doors until 7am. The rodent problem in that building needs attention. I had clothing chewed up and feces in boxes. I was a 9yr tenant there and couldn't wait to GET OUT.

I arrived at the storage unit after moving all day (using uhaul truck). The facility was not accessible, all doors said "out of service". After waiting 2 hours and speaking to other managers, it was determined that the facility would not open. I never received a call back from the manager and had no option but to leave the rented truck (now 2 hours late for drop off) with all of my belongings inside. My boyfriend had to take time out of his work day the next morning to go into uhaul when they first opened. At that time there still wasn't anybody to help with the facility and I was being charged an extra day. (Thank you to the nice girl who noted our account of the several failed contacts and had the fees waived). I never got a call back and has to go back and unload the truck at 630pm the next day with no help (movers helped the prior day)

Over all Since I got my uhaul has been a inconvenience for my move to Mass from Maryland everything started to come together once I met Nicole and Gandy at the uhaul office in Salisbury MD then the drive was shifty because something was wrong with the steering wheel and the front end sub. OverAll my experience was horrible but I am patient when it comes to customer service and The uhaul office in Worcester MA went above and beyond for me and I great whole heartedly appreciate it.

Late fees and other fees are extreme. I was denied access to the unit for being 3 days late. I would not at all recommend a storage unit with Uhaul at all.

No complaints about the facility at all, except for the periodic increases in rate. The facility was everything I expected it to be and everything I wanted from the place. I left ONLY because they are jacking up their rates again. An excellent facility for its purpose.

The MOST INCONVENIENT thing about this storage facility is NO ELEVATOR in the entire building! My unit is on the second floor, so everything had to be carried up stairs. Which, of course, means it will all have to be cartied back down stairs when it's moved out. The loading dock door closest to my unit cannot be opened (no entry code pad outside and no opener buttons inside).

It was a horrible use of self service. I'd appreciate a callback to provide information about improvements that would make it better for another. I would like it if the storage facility can be open 24 hours. One day I came there after 10pm and it was closed and no access until the morning. I was not informed of the hours when I purchased a storage unit.

Everything was great. The only issue I had was there was some confusion about the moving out process and closing the account. But the issue was caught through emails, and resolved quickly. Over all a great experience!

We left because of the price increase. Went to Extra Storage and saved $50 a month for same size unit. The access hours are also better.

It was great until I went back to my unit to find the key had been tampered with and the door had apparently been altered so that I couldn't lock it once I opened it. I needed up leaving for that reason.

The Belmont Street, Worcester site has consistently refused to serve me. I am disabled and walk with a cane, and I had to rely on my husband to reserve a large unit for our temporary storage purposes. When we visited this week to close out the unit, we were refused an inspection of the unit and a receipt for the closeout even though the home said we could have these, and even though we were paid up. There were no other customers in the store or on site when we were there, and there were two employees on the clock and available who were not busy - one was simply organizing a stack of boxes. But both refused - repeatedly - to walk across the street to our unit with us to inspect the unit so that we could remove our lock without worry of unauthorized use. We also were refused a receipt for closeout, and told we had to return in 4 hours when the storage facility clerk would be in. This site was great on customer service for years, but this year, the service under new management has been extremely poor. I have observed that customers who complain or speak up at the site are yelled at and refused service by the clerks. There is no excuse.

I had a made a reservation at the wrong location. The store representative was amazingly helpful and pulled the reservation and secure a van for me. then we was very helpful with the storage unit information. I have been to this location many times and she was the most helpful representative you have had in that location for a long time. I will be back because of her.

I was very happy with the bargain price they gave me to clear out locker I had gotten behind and owed 1500 for stuff that wasn't with 1500 we agreed on 500 and that was very generous. Secure, clean unit with carts was great except the parking lot was tight because of all the uhaul vehicles. Find another lot for your vehicles so customers can park in the storage lot

I thought it sucked, because I was late with 2 of my payments one was when I was in to pay my bill off in January I had too wait for u people to upon the door for three weeks until you got me straightened out so I could get back INTO the storage until, which I was a day late, YOUR PLACE SUCKS IN SERVICES, I SAID C236 HAD A DOOR THAT SUCKED
