I did not get a chance to use the storage at all. My apologies, but I did not need it after all. But the service was great as far as setting me up with a free unit for one month. Instead of storing items, I donated them to a needy person.

Very hard to get ahold of any one in the office, staff did not do what I was told they would. Still battling getting my refund after being charged a month after move out.

The Whitehouse location needs some work. It was okay. The facility office hours while convenient enough, are located on the other side of town. My biggest complaint is in cancelling the storage. I called about cancelling the storage unit but was told I needed to come in to do so. I went in two weeks ago and was told by an employee named Jason that no, I could call and cancel it, but because we hadn't completed the move out yet, we had to wait until it was empty to cancel it even though I was going to give a specific date. No problem since now I could call and cancel. So on Monday, I did just that, called, but was told again I had to come in to do it. They acted like they never heard of Jason, and he didn't work there any longer. So I drove from Hawkins to the office. The cancellation of the unit could easily have been handled over the phone. They didn't ask for ID. At first, I was asked for my phone # then my name. I had to inform them the unit was at Whitehouse. I was asked if the unit was empty and the lock removed. That was it, and I was given a receipt. I was there less than 5 minutes! Now why in the world did I have to drive in, waste my gas and time, when this could have clearly been done over the phone and the receipt emailed to me since that is on file? Totally ridiculous and clearly needs to be changed.

Booked my to the incorrect facility

I was supposed to get my first month free because I rented the cargo trailer, but never received my first month free, it was on all the paperwork as well in the computer, and I drove an extra hour to store my belongings thinking I was getting my first month free

It was easy and convenient to get to if needed. I didn't have any issues during the time I used the storage space.

It stated that there would be a lock provided and in my storage and there was no lock. I was told I would have to pay 9,95 for a lock, why would it state a lock is provided.

Shortly after we moved in a storm knocked out the alarm system. We were told it could not be repaired because where it needed repair was on the neighbors property and they wouldn't give consent. So we continued to be patient while they got it sorted out. The alarm never worked again yet we continued to pay for 2 units that were supposed to be secured by an alarm.

I answered no for office hours as the Whitehouse office isn't manned at this time and I worked with the main office in Tyler. They were very helpful from there. Excellent service

The staff was very hard to reach. They never answered the phone. We were without security for over a month and it still hasn't been fixed. I'm not happy with this experience.

The most ridiculous experience I've had with U-haul. Unorganized, misinformed, poor communication, hard to reach someone local who knew what they were doing. I felt VERY unsafe in the closet/office.

I had the hardest time finding a number for my location and getting in contact with someone that can help. Every time I speak with a person, they have to take my info and have someone call me back.
