Better communications and time management.
Quinton CUsing the Ubox storage located at Apple yard in Tallahassee fl and the call center customer service reps were the worst experience my family has ever had. Calling to access the box the reps were rude, not helpful and not knowledgeable at all! My family will never use this service again and we will never recommend anyone use this terrible service! Uhaul customer service and ubox location need better training! Worst ever!
jamel aThis was the worst experience anyone could have. The staff was unprofessional, would not come on the days that we were told they would to give us access to the U-Box, and were generally unreliable. I will never be using U-Haul again and I regret ever giving y'all my service.

Need to improve in customer service because u-haul takes too long and keep you on hold on the phone. Also kept us waiting 4 hours on my box that I called 24 hours in advance so again be more efficient.
eve fThe whole experience was a debacle. I made the reservation for a truck and a box. I was first told that I had to go to one place for a truck and then it was changed to another place. The storage location was off site as well. I also called customer service and was told that my reservation was cancelled. Honestly, the actual location needs to pick up its phone and not roll it to customer service. The folks at the site were wonderful to deal with, but the whole process could be a lot better. Also. I wound up with ants all over my goods!!!!!!
luci aI made a reservation to get all my stuff out of my Ubox from 4-7. I made one trip at 5:45 and not 20 minutes later, in the middle of my reservation time, the unit had been closed up. Unacceptable.

I not only sat in the store for an hour and a half trying to rent a U-Haul truck you guys had available but the team behind the desk continued to ignore me, and say there was nothing available. When I called over the phone in the store I was given a U-Haul, but they assigned me to a self pick-up .. I was not aware of how the process worked and when I asked I was ignored, and told use my phone. As I proceeded to try I began to get frustrated, and a man with dreads behind the front desk told me "I'm not going to do shit." The customer service at this store was one of the worst I have ever received, and this is my first time ever renting a U-Haul. I was later double charged for fuel, and fuel fill-up when I dropped the the truck back off AFTER leaving the gas station. I had proof that I filled the truck up to the point I received it at, and contacted customer service , the manager never called back to remove the additional charges. This experience was EXTREMELY poor, and I would never use you guys again because of it.
