John W | Expérience généraleWhen I called U-Haul I spoke to Nicholie the most sympathetic person I've spoken to in a while and she told me due to us getting hit by hurricane Idalia I can get the first month for free, but then when I went to the location that nicholie told me there's vacant storages which is 6118 us 19 n npr,Fl 34652 Eric Herron and mary Herron told me that location is not nichloie to basically be stuck with paying the first month, there so inhuman and unsympathetic or helpful I couldn't believe that U-Haul had such management, then later at night after a long exhausting day they began to rush me and other renters in such a rude way it was almost unbelievable! But it took a lot to get just only what I was told I was going to get!

Steve MI try to use this U-Haul location each time because they are very kind and friendly. The customer service I receive here is fantastic. I never have any sort of issues with their vehicles or equipment, and always have what is needed in stock. I recommend this location each time someone inquires about U-Haul. I thank them for such great service.

Life is not always convenient, and access to unit needed. The unit holder is given access with the code and you know who is accessing due to cameras and code used. Otherwise I was happy, 24 hour access was biggest issue.

They really care and take pride in their facility. Nothing was ever damaged or dirty. It was always clean and well-lit. There is another U-haul storage and office just down the street and I have no clue why because nobody can provide the service and cleanliness this location provides. I will most definitely use this location again and refer it to my friends.

Jamie FI rented a moving truck and used it from 1pm to 6:30pm I was taking photos of the miles and gas meter when I was returning it because the app says to. When I was taking photos a guy ran out and told me everything is ok and there is no need to do that. When I got my receipt when I got home, he charged me for 2 days, double the insurance and charged me for gas even though I filled it up to full. I waited on customer service for 30 minutes for them to investigate it and give me a refund. I'm convinced the reviews on google for this location are fake. This guy tried to scam me in every way possible.

So my son went down to the corner fuelrd truck up and came back ar this time someone else was at desk and showed us as just checking in charging ys for another day and over drafting my bank account. I called the next day after seeing the extra charge on my bank account and was told it would be refunded but as of today it has not been. So now I have an overdraft charge of $36 on my account. I am not happy

Matthew was awesome fixing the problem but it delayed my trip. Got half way to my stop with the same issue. Happened to find a Uhaul tech at a truck stop who fixes the same light issue on the trailer.. ended up getting in two days later than expected because of the lighting issues.. they really need to have this stuff worked out before we pick this up.. I was so mad I spent over $400 to use it and it not working to standard! Definitely Second guessing U-Haul again.

Daniel C | Expérience généraleI had made my reservation over the phone with a Uhaul representative. The confirmation email I received stated that this location was open on Sundays until 5:00 PM. Upon arriving at the facility at approximately 3:00 PM, There was a piece of paper on the door that stated they had change the office hours to close at 12:00 PM. I was never notified of this change and was unable to check in to rent my storage unit. After a few calls to the main U-Haul call center, someone was able to get in touch with the managers for this location, they arrived and we were checked in. Everything went well after that, but I felt we should have been notified if the hours were changed so we could have planned accordingly. The manager of the facility did help me out by providing a free lock to make up for the inconvenience. My only other complaint is the fact that the first thing I saw when I opened my storage unit was a rat trap. That's not very comforting when I'm getting ready to store all of my belongings in there. I hope the rat trap gets the rats before they eat my things.
