I will never do business at this location ever again and I will tell everyone I know, that they shouldn't do business here.l either. She was incredibly rude multiple times and literally said is "IS THAT the end of your sentence? I could not believe it. Will never go back there.
Drew SThe young lady in the office that helped us with the rental was awesome. She asked a gentleman if he could help hook up the trailer to the truck and his comment to her was "is it too heavy for you"? So I hooked up the trailer myself.

It was easy to book, the truck (Chevy Silverado) was well maintained and well equipped for a day of yard work (bed liner, lots of tie down points), and both employees I dealt with--the young lady that helped me at the desk, and the man that checked the truck back in-- were great. I liked the convenient way of inspecting the vehicle and noting mileage and damage before driving away via website they send in a text link.

The employees n manager at this store are A+ Although when calling the uhaul service desk to get assistance was not as welcoming. But in the end finally did see through the situation n allowed for the switch in locations. I appreciate all the store employees Amber trains them well.

MICHAEL AFollowed the instruction on the sign when I pulled in to return the trailer. Says to wait with equipment. I waited and waited. Went into the store and the gal was sitting texting, not even look up. There was nothing going on, no customers in sight. She told me to wait longer for the other staff to finish with someone else. I unhooked myself and left.

Daniel RI went in there in an emergency situation and got the help I needed. With friendly service to boot! I had just bought my son a new clunker for his first car, super cheap because it needed some work. Well, turns out it needed more work than I thought. Getting towed would have cost $600. U-Haul came through with a trailer for under $80. These guys are awesome!

JOEL FThe owner Amberrae was less than professional and rude. Upon arrival she greeted us with an inconvenienced "What's up"? As we were paying for the truck her partner came in and brought her food. She stopped the transaction to give him a kiss, say a love you and as he walked out she shouted over me something about the food. Upon return, she came from the truck inside and said "oh you are finally here". I had a 48 hour rental and still had 8 hours left. She came around the counter and said I should have given a courtesy call the night before so she knew if we were coming or not. Why would I call? If it was a concern she should have given me a courtesy call to see if I would be returning a day early or not. I asked if I had a 48 hour rental or not because I was confused why she had an attitude. She said yes, but someone may have wanted to rent it in the morning. But why would it be available if I had it for 48 hours? She proceeded to cut me off when I asked a few questions about the bill. I will not be utilizing this location anymore if this is how the owners customer service is.
Amanda HAmberrae Smit the General manager needs to Fired she's extremely RUDE & hateful I had concerns the she was refusing to help me with when it came to my car on the Transport Trailer that I was towing behind an15-ft U-Haul from oak harbor to Arizona. She would not answer my questions told me to SHUT UP slams the key on the counter & just walks out on me. Then she goes right out and hooks my car to the trailer which those were my concerns that she just went out & hooked up. I mean why didn't she just answer my questions in the first place. The couple right behind me she was just as hateful & Rude to them. This happened on 1-16-24. I sure hope management of a higher authority will see this because she's hurting your business just look at all the Negative reviews about her they are horrible.

mark aThe only issue is the road leading up to facility. In the dark it is a little hard to see where the road curves. No painted lines and if you were to drive straight you would go into the ditch.

Patrick CI had multiple issues with my trailer rental. -Received a call that I was late to return my trailer, however I still should have had another day on my rental. -Attempted to return trailer at 11pm through self-service. Uhaul app could not verify location even though location services was on and the map within the app was showing my location. The alternate location verification method of scanning the QR code on the building would not work using the QR code that says it is for location services. These issues were not resolved by restarting my phone and was clearly an issue with the app. The help phone line was closed for the night. The 24/7 phone line went to voicemail. I've used self-return multiple times in the past and never had an issue. The browser version worked much more seemlessly.

laura rI love the new security feature. The facility is well lit and spacious. Plenty of size options. The staff are friendly and helpfull. I I don't always know what I need but they gave me plenty of time to figure it out without getting impatient.
