Unfortunately due to my financial situation I wasn't able to get my unit paid up. I lost my wife 3 years ago and was evicted from where we lived due to the city tearing our building down. My youngest daughter tried to keep it paid but was also in a financial crisis and living in Texas had no way to drive 1600 miles to get all of her moms, deceased brother and deceased grandparents items and take them all back to Texas. If whoever bought the unit has it in them to return any pictures, important documents and anything of the sort I'd appreciate it. Her address is 110 Henry Street Waxahachie, Texas 75165. She'd greatly appreciate it as she has nothing of her moms. If her Aunt Sharon Vonesh paid the unit please email her as no one in her side of the family contacts her since her Mother passed away. Other than that this location went above and beyond to be understanding with everything that happened with losing my wife.

William Olsen | Expérience généraleOnly after renting and not receiving an access code did I discover that 1) no fence around facility so a code is not needed, 2) access road is poorly maintained gravel and, 3) there is a 4-inch lip from gravel road up into the cement pad which makes pushing a trailer inside virtually impossible. The unit doorway is only 8,5 feet wide as well, not ten feet. It will now be a very short rental and a waste of money. Oh well, I got a "free" lock out of this adventure.

Kevin and Jennifer have bent over backwards to accommodate me. Being tough times, during my personal situation of sev deaths since 2015...sev family members, husband, 2 cats and 2 friends. I now combined sev units and gave up 2 so someone else was able to be able to store personal items. So glad I went to this facilify. Kevin and Jennifer are the BEST! Joanne
