both the lady at the front and the guy in the "yard" were exceptionally kind, hard working, quick, communicative, and professional. I regret I didn't get either name.

Robert PerdoniThe truck I rented SHOULD NOT be rented to anyone else before it undergoes maintenance. This truck needs an alignment ASAP! I was almost involved in 2-3 accidents. The windshield wiper (passenger) broke during a heavy rainstorm. I will consider a new company.

Angela HarperWhen I picked up rental 1. Manager refused to change pick up time because I spent over 30 minutes in parking lot trying to get app to take my selfie for self pickup. Ended up having to go in office and asked to change reservation time and she was rude and flat out said no. 2. Truck had engine light on and off balance wheel light on the entire rental. Driver's door was coming off exterior side. And front drivers quarter panel was so damaged that door did not open or close properly. I was very skeptical to take it initially and if I hadn't been in a time crunch I would not have accepted these unsafe conditions. Very poor customer service and equipment maintenance that fell far below what I have ever experienced with Uhaul. Wont re-visit that location ever unless they get another more cs oriented manager. So disappointing.

When I arrived the truck assigned to me was blocked in by other units in the lot which resulted in me having g to wait until the location opened later in the morning to have the trucks moved so that I could access the one assigned to me.

Yolanda ValenciaBrakes very spongy, pulled to the left. Interior clean but fairly torn up. Drivers arm rest coming off, driver's left plastic by foot comes loose during driving. Inside hauling area wood tie down railings are broken and rest are falling down. These are things you need to know. I know these trucks get a lot of use and abuse so most of this is no surprise. Service as always is excellent. Will rent again in a couple of months from the same location. Merci.

Staff at pick up location treated the customer (i.e., the revenue generating entity responsible for U-Haul's existence and primary source of revenue/profit) as a burden rather than an opportunity. Grunting and moaning in the direction of the customer does not constitute a healthy communication exchange between company and client. Overall Uhaul customer service experience was extremely poor and near non-existence.

Shannan OnealMy issue is with the lady I talked with when calling to change my reservation. All I wanted to do was switch it from Saturday to Sunday. She was able to find me a truck that I could get asap, but she didn't input the same drop off location as my original reservation even though I asked if it was the same and she said yes, which ended with me having to drive another 30 miles just to drop the truck off. She knew I had a dolly on my order and I asked to make sure I had one with the new order but when I got there they were out.

All I wanted to ask was did they find my phone but instead I had to drive there in 20 degrees weather to ask that question

Rachel BellI made my reservation about two weeks ago. When I got there they said they didn't have my reservation. I showed the the confirmation email and they looked puzzled. After about 30 minutes I was able to get my unit. The staff was all over the place. Trying to help two and three customers at a time. It was a free for all. Attention spans we're all over the place. The guys at the counter seemed inexperienced and lacked focus. It was hard to get a straight answer about a direct question. The unit I was given is damaged. Hopefully no rain will enter through the hole. Not a good experience for me as a customer.
