The staff I dealt with were extremely rude and did not speak at all. They treated me like I was an inconvenience to them. I dealt with a tall, Spanish gentlemen when I walked in who appeared to have an attitude. I informed him I had an appointment for a 4x7 trailer and he just walked out of the store. Then, an African-American gentleman wearing a "general manager" shirt walked in and asked for my license and didn't say a word after that. I'm not looking to carry-on a 20 minute conversation, but at least be thankful you're employed and greet the customer. I will NOT be back to this location because of these two individuals.

Carla CI spend more then originally agreed to when I moved a flight for a load share that was canceled 45 minutes after uhaul rep confirmed it. So not only did I have to pay for the ticket change I had to make additional accommodations to my trip due to load share being canceled.

ELAINE LThe guy who was there at 8:30a should have had the rental available that I reserved before I got there. I asked why was i given the larger truck when I reserved a smaller one and he said there was none. But I saw 2 on the lot. I was also charged for gas after filling up to that previous level that I received the truck with.

Than he went to check the truck and saw me standing there and says in a rude way u need a receipt. When I say rude I mean it he was rude !! I mean that's not good if you are going to be in the customer service industry.

Manuel TReturned the truck on the early hours and the location was well lit. I felt very safe to do the self check in and afterwards I got an Uber within minutes to get me to the airport. A really good experience.
Tony ARude and didn't care. Talked to low and could not understand. Didn't give good directions to truck and truck was not ready and dirty. Truck also didn't run well and had exhaust leak into the cab causing headaches. And drove bad and all over the road. The passenger side mirror would not stay up and had to stop and move Every few minutes. Box ramp was so tight to use it took 4 people to do it. Worse experience start to finish ever.
