Booked online for 4h rental. Was asked again how long I would be rental the vehicle. And then called again on my way to moving location to ask the same question. And then called again 30 minutes later. And called again two more times. I have no time to be answering calls while driving and be pressured to return the rental less than 1 hours after leaving the rental location. There was also a leftover nicotine disposable vape left in the cabin. The invoice has a "Rental fee" and "Service fee" with no explanation. Seems like disguised fees. OPC should look into it. Also getting charged for double the mileage beforehand and getting a refund afterward is bad experience especially if we get no receipt upon returning the rental.

Ahmed ELorsqu'on prend un camion et que l'essence est en bas du quart, il faut s'attendre à ce qu'on vous le ramène avec le même niveau d'essence. Par chance, j'avais pris une photo du tableau de bord pour démontrer le très pas niveau d'essence pour le retour, sinon on ne nous croyait pas. Très bon service et facile de réserver
Nadia CI would have, as a representative, not influenced the costumer to get a smaller when indeed i was required a bigger truck .. if the costumer wants bigger let him have it. Try to asset the need with an error marging, he might need more or maybe less but whatever the case may be, its always better to have more then not enough but besides that all the advice were helping. (Just saying)
Dave SHad problem with your hot line..... they transfer me 3 times and lost th line 1, and never fix my request. I am not happy with the result.

Eugène ACe centre de service est totalement désorganisé. Ils ne comprennent pas et ne cherche aucune solution. Ils ont même refusé de communiquer avec le service U-Haul pour régler la problématique. Le dépositaire ISA Auto direct à communiquer avec eux avant mon déplacement pour confirmer la présence de l'équipement. Rendu sur place les deux équipements présents étaient défectueux et un supposément 3e était porté disparût. Le site est mal organiser car la gestion d'un seul retour fait en sorte de bloquer l'accès aux équipements. Très désolant d'autant plus qu'il s'agit d'un centre U-Haul. Aucune validation du bon fonctionnement de l'équipement et des lumières avant le départ, de plus la plaque d'immatriculation était tordu et illisible, ce qui est illégal. Pour être bien certain que mon commentaire seras pris en considération, je l'ai traduit dans Google... This service center is totally disorganized. They do not understand and do not seek any solution. They even refused to contact U-Haul service to resolve the problem. The ISA Auto direct dealer to contact them before my trip to confirm the presence of the equipment. When we arrived on site, the two pieces of equipment present were defective and a third one had apparently disappeared. The site is poorly organized because managing a single return blocks access to the equipment. Very sad especially since it is a U-Haul center. No validation of the proper functioning of the equipment and lights before departure, in addition the license plate was crooked and illegible, which is illegal. To be sure that my comment will be taken into consideration, I translated it in Google...

Michel LI rented a pick up truck. Equipment was in excellent shape got nothing to say about that. My issue was with the service.. I picked up my reservation at 10100 Pi-ix, the guy was speaking to his friend on the phone right in front of me while he was taking my information.. that was pretty average this is poor service. I want to beleive that this was an isolated situation and that its not standard behavior in all U-hauls location

Chantal DThe personnel was courteous, but we ended up with a much bigger vehicle than anticipated because the van we had rented was stuck in the snow, as it didn't have the appropriate tires for the season. This left us disappointed and displeased as it made logistics much more complicated for us.

I returned the truck with more gas as when I picked up the truck, I was told that if I brought the truck back with 1/4 fuel in the tank, I'd get $48,15 back but the staff at this location did not know how to reimburse me for the gas so I ended up calling Uhual customer support to resolve this matter

winni cJ'habite Ottawa et je suis allé louer un Cargo Van à Montréal, mais leur servcie à la clientèle était bien en déça de ce que j'ai toujours obtenu à Ottawa. Ils m'ont fait perdre du temps/30 minutes en prétendant que mon adresse était introuvable dans le système. Alors que deux jours avant, j'avais loué un gros camion à Ottawa sans problème. Recommandation: formation en servcie à la clientèle serait appropriée pour ces agents.
