Bring back Real People. Not everyone is tech savvy to check on or out a vehicle on a phone. REAL PEOPLE IN STORE would b great. Real people who actually want to work not make u figure it out on ya phone.

There was two representatives at the desk one was helping another guest I went to the other he was rude slouchy sitting in his chair. I use U-Haul weekly for my company so I know the drill when I go in there my app didn't recognize the location so I asked the gentleman if he could send the link to my phone so I could check out my rental he asked for my phone instead then I did what he asked knowing it wasn't gonna work and it didn't it told me needed to call the number the lady nanette answered she was as well rude after I told her the other gentleman was still sitting in his chair the other gentleman Jamal helped me finish my check in. After the lady nanette and the lazy Gentleman messed it up and changed me from desk pick up to mobile even though I told them my account is being worked on by my corporate representative cause my app glitches on me. Then I get the uhaul Its raining and even water was leaking inside the truck my significant other is a dialysis patient and we had to put his treatments behind my seat because his blue cloths where getting wet from rain dripping in then we got out locked doors upon arriving to job site and when I go to unlock his door from the outside there was metal sticking out the keyhole like it had been tampered with it was sharp enough to cut my finger on. I will never go to this location ever again and to make matters worse I didn't schedule with them I wanted to use my normal location where every single person there is friendly I know all there names they know me but since someone extended there rental they had to change me to a new location Allentown road is the absolute worse location ive ever been to and I've used locations from capital heights md to Cecil county MD

I made reservations two weeks in advance. I got there to pick up the rental and had to wait over an hour and do mobile check in myself. Although Staff was polite and provided good customer service, it was only two of them and alot of customers that needed help, which resulted in waiting a hour to get keys and be able to check out and leave. I had to pay movers extra because they were a hour behind waiting for me to get the truck.

My truck was clean however it was a strong gas smell the whole time . I kept having to roll the window up and down because of the fumes and it was cold outside so I couldn't have the windows down

I really enjoyed my rental experience with this Uhaul. They showed professionalism, patience and kindness. I needed to put my personal heavy dolly back into my vehicle and the attendant ask me if I needed any help and put it in with no problem. I would like to thank them again.

Brandon was amazing but the staff that was there at that time were pretty much useless. Brandon seems to be the only one that knows what he is doing and does it with a smile. Having to do everything digitally was frustrating and the first staff member did not know how to even use the app. Brandon saved me from frustration but the process took too long. I've used this service before and picking up a truck is normally a 15 min process or less. I did not enjoy being in there for over 40 minutes to pick up a truck. Again I am very grateful for Brandon but he was super busy with all the customers because the other staff were not well trained.

I was unable to pick up my rental vehicle at the allocated time. I was charge nearly double for mileage that was included AND I was charged for additional fuel - I did not receive the truck with fuel in it.

The truck I rented needs the drivers door fixed. It kept reading DOOR OPEN. I hurt my arm having to close so hard.

There was no damage to the truck when we returned it but They charged us $180 more for damages to the TIRE, there was NO damage whatsoever to the vehicle, for all we know this damage could've been there before we rented it we saw nothing wrong with the tires when returned but they still charged us. Highway robbery.

Check in using the app sucks. It takes WAY too long. It is EXTREMELY cumbersome. And you require a customer to use the online check in when you don't have wi-fi.

Your verification system is the absolute worst! I had a 7am pickup with limited time to get things done My wife received a call from you all 7:36am after me having to complete redundant information I already have listed in the UHaul app. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY APPROVAL OF THR VERIFICATION BEING COMPLETED, we're not passed 8am and I'm about to just cancel, however the UHaul store feel they had sufficient information to allow me to go through with my reservation. If it wasn't for them I would've canceled, you need to speed up that process. Also why aren't anyone part on the side of the road, they have clients who litterly had to leave and have someone drop them off, you all need to support this branch and push back against the Funeral home to free up street parking it's not fair and I will most likely never come back to this UHaul branch if I'm going to need dropping off, it's inconvenient. Please look into this. Other than that the Branch was excellent

The personnel at the site was on point, but the equipment, once driven, appeared to have some transmission issues or something. The truck was acting as if it was a manual instead of an automatic. I did not know if the transmission was going to change, especially when hills were involved - loud noises were heard coming during this time.

Giovanni was amazing but your system sucks, very difficult to use, did not work at time. Thanks to Giovanni I continued with the rental. There was no place for customers to leave their cars and this was not communicated ahead of time. I could and should have completed all of the information the system was requesting at home prior to arriving for pickup. Your chief technologist should be fired!

PLEASE check the TIRES on these Trucks. The truck I was given had a tire on the rear passenger side that has the threads showing around the entire tire. Not only that but they had visual chunks of the tire missing. Very scary. I gave a Video of the ture at the time of the rental if someone need to view. Other than that everything was really good. Have a great day
