Alignment was way off and truck was disgusting. There was dirt and dust inside from the previous person and a few moving blankets sprawled out all over the back. I had to clean the truck before I could use it. I am very disappointed.

Claudio S.U-Haul's systems were broken. The location did what they could to help, but they were helpless in this situation. I do want to say I had a very bad experience with a different U Haul Neighborhood dealer - Address: 4730 University Way NE, Seattle, WA 98105. I looked up beforehand availability of pickup trucks and cargo vans, and they seemed to have them. But when I showed up they had nothing available.

When picking up about an hour and a half after the stated pick up time, the clerk gave us a hard time about it saying it would mess up the order or distribution of things. We tried to inquire more or ask why this wasn't explained in advance and he didn't have a clear answer. We were late because moving is messy and we got busy. I also didn't think anything of being there after our stated time because I figured I was just paying for that unused time. If the timing is more strict, please explain this to customers - we would have gladly obliged had we known in advance or even understand truly what the problem was that we caused.

Brian O.I reserved 24/7 pickup for 8am, had an email confirmation for pickup at 8am. I downloaded the app and confirmed before I started walking to the location at 715 am. When I got to the location the app said I couldn't pickup and had to pickup in person when it opened at 9. I called the help number and uhaul said I did everything correct but that the location failed to set it up for 24/7 pickup. I had to walk 30 mins back home in the rain and return at 9. The location told me they didn't do 24/7 pickups due to high theft after this all happened. No one called me or emailed to tell me before I went to the location though. If the location doesn't do 24/7 pickups then the system shouldn't allow it or they should call after the reservation to let customers know. No one at the location seemed to even care and just acted like this was normal. An employee who was there cleaning trucks even chased me off the covered porch when I was figuring out what to do an hour before they opened, instead of offering to help.

Ten hours later upon return off your vehicle my car WAS TICKETED FOR ILLEGAL PARKING!! Your manager said it should not have happened, the police should cancel it. If not come on back and talk to him? Really? Now I have to go through all that nonsense? Don Buesing.
