What a mess. Myself and two other parties were waiting around for quite a while, couldn't find anyone who worked there to help us. I chose the in-app check in but for some reason still had to do the same check in process with the employee at the counter. Drop off was confusing as hell. The app told me I needed to run the a whole process, but the employees told me multiple times to ignore it and just leave. No idea if I dropped it off properly.
Brian MRand and crew were great. I showed up for my reservation and they had the truck ready and me out the door in 10 mins. Overall a very seamless process. I'd highly recommend.
Marshall HAbsolutely horrible experience picking up the truck. The other two parties that were with us were also extremely unhappy and were having issues getting their truck. Will not be a return customer.

Caleb VDid not have any furniture blankets even though I reserved them weeks in advance. They told me I could drive 20 miles and get some from another location. That was not an option for me. I had to wipe down interior of the cab - it was dusty dirty and smelled of smoke. I know you can't control smokers. I had to wash my trucks windows - they were covered with bugs This truck also had windows that did not seal - so both windows "whistled" the whole 5 hour trip It also sounded that the truck may have had a exhaust leak. It was exceptionally loud.

Jamaka EThe van I ordered was not available. . Got a truck that smelled of urine then switched it for another truck. This was a big problem as I couldn't get to where I needed because of height restrictions. I would expect a full refund. Staff was fine.

Altagracia BOn this most recent experience, Trey, the clerk was very helpful, friendly and time efficient. But on most of my other visits, I dread going there, because the wait time is so long to get my truck. Every time I try checking out using the App,, it never functions properly.. On returning the truck after hours on this visit, the App charged me double, and I had to call customer service. I Uhaul wants people to use the App, they should make it functional.

james WWe got there to pick up a 8" truck and the mobile app wasn't working, so we went inside where we had to pay $76 for 2 hours of use. Okay cool. We bring the truck back 15 minutes before the 2 hours was up and they were closed so I start returning the truck on the app and found out the guy gave me a completely different truck than what the app was saying. So I called customer service and they supposedly handled it and I left the key in the drop box. The next morning U-Haul took $112 more from my bank account saying I traveled 108 miles when I KNOW FOR A FACT I didn't go over 30. I only used it to move a table from one house to another. I AM VERY UNHAPPY. The experience was terrible and I will not be using U-Haul again.

Tawanda BI was overcharged by 21 miles. The staff said they were too busy to check me out and would just email me my receipt and they inflated the number of miles I drove from 13497 to 13518 which is just absolutely ridiculous and is theft. I would never recommend anyone do business with U-Haul.
Amanda KI've never been treated as poorly as I was picking up my truck yesterday. Drop off was great, efficient, and the attendant was kind. But the attendant behind the desk for pickup was rude, condescending, and outright mean. I will not be using U-Haul again. If you live in Nashville, use Penske instead. They treat their customers with respect.

Davis LThis is the best Uhaul location in the United States. The guys who work there are friendly, courteous, and the truck I reserved was clean and ready to go when I arrived. I give this location at 1816 8th Ave S in Nashville an A+!! Ward D

Karen MI pulled up to the drop off equipment sign. Waited a few minutes and no one came so I got out of my car. Then the employee go out of what looked like his personal vehicle and told me to pull forward. His attitude was completely uninterested in helping at best. I literally questioned myself if he worked there or just came in off the streets. Ya'll should evaluate his performance if you have any care about customer service… unacceptable

Rhonda AEnsure that all the lights have been checked prior to the next rental. The left rear turn signal of the original trailer was not functioning properly. They were quick in switching it out. Large number of trailers and other accessories available at this location.
