Ronald JReserved 26' truck and it made a tea station for me the next morning I go to pick it up and they say we don't have 26' truck for you but if u want a 15' we have. If not can cancel the reassertion.

Lloyd SYou can provide equipment that are the same specs as listed. I rented a 4foot by 7foot trailer to find that in all actuality it was only 40 inches wide and prevented me from hauling one of the items the trailer was needed for. I called cooperate and expressed my disappointment with the false listing. At this point my future rental needs will most likely go through someone else. False information on your website ultimately cost me a third of my pay for the movement of items I was hired to move. A refund offer would have been nice but of course after pre paying and believing your website I'm sure that solution is out of the question. Maybe you can use the money I wasted on a trailer that wasn't able to haul my load to correct your websites trailer size descriptions !! Hope you personally have a great day. Hope Uhaul had Spence enough to resolve these problems. Sincerely. Jason Pierce.
Jason PI had the best experience ever at untied self storage. Sara was such a pleasure at a very difficult time. My gram had passed away and my dad and I had to empty her house and transport a 1989 lincoln town car signature series from port richey florida to RI then Maine. I really wish there were more people like sara these days! I would not hesitate to go to united self storage again. I would recommend that location to anyone I no.

James TManager at location was wonderful! Very helpful and friendly In the future, when renting equipment, stop making us go through 5 or 6 pages of extras: Moving help, blankets, dollies, etc. Just let us check out and take care of business!
Arkadiusz WThe pickup was nasty had roaches in it the windows I couldn't even see out of I had to go buy windex and paper towels to clean them so I could see out of them and the inside smelt like a homeless person or someone was sleeping in it I was only using it to get rid of yard work and stuff but the truck itself needed a good run through the car wash and the inside cleaned

John NI ordered a dolly but it was not in the truck. I picked up after hours so I was not able to get a dolly. It made my move much more difficult. Please ensure that any equipment rented is in the truck.
David GNo one was there and I dropped off the trailer the day before and had to call them the next morning.. still no one there. Left a voicemail saying I dropped it off but app showed I still had it. They did fix it right away but they don't show my refund like the one I rented before that. I dropped it off 4 days early. So hopefully will get a refund hassle-free.
Crystal BI dropped off my truck after hours, In my contract was the drop off location I was at but when I went to log in under Uhaul.com it was a different location. I talked to a representative for an hour trying to get a straight answer but kept getting the run around. It finally got resolved but I was not happy wasting my time with this non sense.

Catherine AStaff offered no assistance hooking up. When I dropped off there was no one to be found. I called the office 4 times. Finally someone answered and it took 45 minutes for them to get to me.
Jesse FThe managers/owner actually helped me by unhitching and putting the trailer where it needed to go. They were actually closed for the day but saw me coming and helped me out.

JEFF BI was told that my gas hand should be round about somewhere and I put it close and they still charged me 30 dollars. Unsatisfactory.

Steve GFirst was redirected to this place, without notice, so an hour was lost that could have been productive, Then the same trail I normally use I was told my van was under rated for it, 45 min late finally was rolling. Was not happy wit the service at all.
