Made a reservation for a 4x8 (which were in town on the lot 2 days before I left) then I got a call from corporate that they switched me to a 5x8! What good does it do to make an advance reservation if you can't get what you wanted? They did give it to me at the lesser price, but I didn't need the extra room & it took more gas to pull it!

However I was unimpressed with U-Haul dispatch Who I understand attempted to upgrade me and just ended up costing me more money they definitely should've give me a call before they obligated me to more money and a bigger truck than I was comfortable driving . At the end I chose to not make a big deal out of it due to the amazing staff I have encountered

Stacy CEnsure what the customer orders and reserves is what is ready at the pick up location. I ordered and reserved a tow-dollie trailer at a rate of $44,95 per day. When I got to the rental location at 2528 Washburn Way, Klamath Falls, OR, that was NOT what was waiting for me. A regular trailer at a rate of $54,95 per day was what they said I had reserved. The staff at that location was very courteous and helpful; they fo9und an appropriate tow-dollie trailer at another location in town (7330 Hilyard Ave). That location did have one, but still thought my reservation was for a regular trailer! The clerk did change the order to the correct trailer. All staff at these locations were very courteous and helpful, however the person I contacted when the order was placed (she said she was located in Ohio) got it wrong. I am very disappointed with that mistake. This is the second time U-Haul has treated me poorly.
leon dStop sending people to multiple locations. 3 different location to get one truck. Also stop changing the drop off location as there was a drop location 5 miles from my place and I had to drive over 20 miles to drop it off. Also stop changing the drop off day and time on people. I had paper work that said drop by 8am Sunday and I get called Saturday that it was to be dropped off by 8am Saturday not Sunday.
