Fernando MOnly issue was that turning the key in the ignition was very finicky. Thankfully, the guy at the pick-up/drop-off location talked me through how to do it.
Joel Pi drove just 20miles and needed to add 5 gallons to get back to the 3 quarter tank...not good experience

Inocentes CI rent from this location frequently. The guys here are great - they are professional, on time, and go the extra mile to help you out. I've rented UHaul's from many locations and this is by far by favorite.

Dennis DSorry, but I did not remember the name of the person who took care of me. However, very friendly personable we had a conversation and the visit was a pleasure. I go up the street or I used to at the corporate big U-Haul center on El Camino, and the people are just such deadbeats, and you just dl get that kind of service when you deal with corporate. I dealt with the U-Haul on Pacific in the past in and out very quick, very friendly. I would rate them 11 stars.
Harry HAn absolute professionalism is associated with this location, was extremely accommodating and helpful. The representative had a pleasant attitude and I will definitely use them for any future moves and I highly recommend them for anyone moving any time soon!!!

John UGREAT place to rent a Uhaul! Staff was super friendly, helpful, and honest. The entire process was really easy, which was reassuring because moving is already stressful enough. Would definitely rent from here again (although I am hoping not to move anytime soon).
Andrea HI had a CONFIRMED/ guaranteed reservation through dealing with customer secure via phone. That truck was at another location - the truck was still In Portland. I then Had to scramble to find a replacement for my move, and had to pay extra since it was now a bigger truck. Why offer a guarantee if you can't meet it? And then charge me more money for a forced replacement?! That was a bad experience and this new location thankfully came to my rescue.
Claudia FMy experience at Valero was not good. The amount of fuel in the truck was incorrect and the number on the dolly was incorrect. This caused major problems when I drop the equipment off. Corey at every Muffler went above and beyond to help get my situation straightened out. The gentleman in Valero didn't even have me sign the contract and did not want to correct the paperwork. Bobby VIt made moving much easier absolute worth of it's money, and their customer service was very friendly and quite professional will definitely be going back to this place for future rentals.
Vikhyat GWe rented a 10 ft van with 110K miles on it. It has zip ties holding up the grill, and lots of dents. About one block down the road I noticed the rear view mirror was loose. I called the rental place to see what they wanted me to do. About 20 minutes later I got a hold of uhaul. They said I could bring it back for another or use the van and they would not charge me for the mirror. 5 minutes after reporting this I got a call asking if I could bring the van to a different location and they would give me a $20 credit. They sent the new location and credit via personal text. I had assumed this was to fix the van. Putting fuel in the van and gas would shoot out the side of the collector and half of the screws were loose that mounted it to the truck. After returning the van to the new location. I got bill for the rear view mirror and no credit for delivering the van to the new location. I filed a complaint. Had a photo and video of the rear view mirror with the text with the credit from uhaul. Photo was time stamped and geolocated. Nothing changed from the complaint. They sent a receipt for the repair work. Uhaul did not even credit the $20 for changing the destination.

ann fI enjoyed my experience overall, but thought that the oversized dolly could be slightly better lubricated in order to make it more functional and easier to use. Beware, U-haul trucks eat a lot of gas and require an assistant to aid the driver with parallel parking.
