Only issue was it was dirty inside. Picture submitted. It was disclosed by the locatio that the key would not open the driver door. We had to crawl across from the passenger side to open it from the inside. This was noted in the online notes that they made. Annoying for the trip. Very pleasant and helpful people at the pickup and drop off locations. Overall a great experience.

Nothing about using Uhaul was easy. Location was great at Vaultra friend helpful service. Uhaul had incorrect times on app, which delayed my pick up by 2 hours.

I put gas in the uhaul before returning it. They lied and charged me 85 for gas. I drove 15km

My experience was great. I have no complaints. we were only booked for 4 hours but realized we needed more time because the truck was not book for the rest of the day we were able to finish most of the move.

I rented two U-Hauls, one from this location and one from another location. The difference was like night and day. I highly recommend this location! Things were clean, functional, and the employee was friendly and pulled the vehicle up for me and did a walk around.

In an freezing ice storm I found that my van DID NOT have working washer fluid. Drivers side was NOT OPERATIONAL and I had to stop until the storm passed and was late getting to New location. Had no help unloading.. not happy camper

I'll be stopping payment on my credit card as improper mileage rate on the invoice. Website says 61 cents per km or 98 cents a mile was charged 1,42 if I remember correctly Could have been wiped down better - wiped it and wipes were quite soiled

On every experience I have had with everyone at this location when using a credit card my experience has been excellent. At this location and others if using Visa debit or other debit card the Uhaul card reader and Uhaul software system do not work. When trying myself or waiting on others the system does not work. Credit cards work fine.

Very kind employees working on site. However, the IT system needs replacing. Renting the U-haul took over 30 minutes to complete and I was the only customer there. Further, I put gas in the rental and was charged for fuel. I have pictures of both the gas receipt and the fuel tank gauge to support my concern. I am currently seeking a refund of the fuel charge.

My pick up location was changed from when I had booked. I was informed by email the day before my pick up date. However there were some tense moments when I arrived at the first location earlier in the day (prior to receiving the confirmation email) to discover they were no longer in business. I would have liked to have been informed of the pickup location change much earlier in the process.

Inexperience. Couldn't process payment. 1,5 hour late getting out of there because of payment not processing. Cargo light did not work had to quit loading when it was dark. Could not see to pick or unpack. Rude when it was brought back late.

We didn't have the furniture covers nor did we have the furniture dolly we asked for. So we couldn't get the truck back on time but got charged for everything. Not impressed at all. Plus we had to wait an hour to get the truck because your system was not working. And the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was rude and not understanding at all. The gentleman at the location was very understanding of the situation. I was very unpleased with how I was treated on the phone by uhaul themselves. So needless to say it took much longer to load and unload because I didn't have the equipment that was needed.

This facility did their best to correct the logistics issue of us having no truck, last minute and offering excellent service. the truck ramp was bent, yet we worked with it, as is. Very friendly person helped us out. Merci.

We used the online app to the return. I do have one suggestion I strongly recommend that you tell renters the simple procedures and that you need to download an app and take required s pictures before putting the keys on the box.

The "owner" with whom I communicated prior to collecting the truck, and the older gentleman who assisted me when I actually picked up the vehicle, were both very polite, friendly, courteous and respectful. This was my best U-Haul experience ever. I would recommend this location for anyone renting a U-Haul. They treat you properly.

First of all, it took over an hour to pick up the truck because the staff was not trained. She was a sweet lady, but she had no idea what she was doing. She had to input my details several times and ask us for help putting some of the information in. We were already crunched for time, and this set us back. Not to mention, I had booked a 10' truck A MONTH IN ADVANCE, and was told THE DAY BEFORE I WAS SCHEDULED TO PICK IT UP that there were no more 10' trucks available. You then upgraded me to a 26' truck because you had no 10' left. First of all, this was NOT convenient. My driver was no comfortable driving such a huge truck, I did not have nearl enough stuff to fill it, so my stuff went flying all over the place in the back. Not only that, the cabs of the bigger trucks have consoles in them, which means you have to put any food, animals, etc at your feet instead of in the space between the 2 front seats -- when you are moving long distances as I was, that makes for a VERY uncomfortable ride with your feet all cramped up on either side of the foot rest. They also did not have any dollies, which I had specifically asked for, so I had to DRIVE ACROSS TOWN to pick one up at the other UHAUL location and wait in line THERE TOO!!! NOT TO MENTION I had to pay twice as much in GAS because of the bigger engine, which I DID NOT WANT. Overall just a horrific experienece that I will never repeat. I have to move again this week and I will definitely not be using UHAUL ever again.
