Stop charging almost $100 for extensions. Truck rentals should be one flat rate, there should not be extra charges tagged on after the truck is turned in. We were charged almost $400 for the truck and an extra day.

They overcharged me by $50 and there's no way to get that back. I wasn't sent a receipt. I traveled. 34miles at 75c a mile. Had the uhaul for 2 days. It was $27 a day. Paid the $15 insurance fee. Was charged $149.11. They said they would send a receipt by email. I never got one. I got the initial receipt saying my estimated total was $95.
Wendy JonesThe only issue that I had is that the U-Haul supposed to have been back at 12:00 noon I called him early yesterday morning and asked her how much it'll be if I burned it in late cuz I didn't get off work till 3:00 or 3:30 she said that I didn't have to pay anything that long as I have it there by 5:00 or 5:30 which is what there before 5:30 but when I got in the car I looked at my account and I'll see where they was trying to get $58 and something from so I'm very upset about that and I don't appreciate it and I can't understand why would they do that and why would she lie when I come to answer you sure ma'am I don't have to pay anything she said you good so that's all other than that everything was just fine

He also tried to scam us out of more money saying we drove almost double the amount of miles even though we easily proved we didn't even drive as much as we thought but were still paying the original amount. Which I do believe was still an overcharge on his end. He just was not pleasant to deal with. But the people from U-Haul I spoke to on the phone, Ryan and someone else from reservations, were the sweetest and most helpful people! 10/10 U-Haul. The truck and equipment was amazing as this was our first time using you guys!

Brought it back clean and filled up on time and two weeks go by and they hit my card again for more than the original amount. Now it's like pulling teeth to get a responSe from someone. It's not right.
will lottClean out the inside of the truck and provide a ramp for the truck. Can't use handtrucks without a ramp. Made moving harder and longer.

Niles FlowersI was send three locations via text on where to return the truck . The truck rental was until June 26. I returned the truck on June 25 and was charged $25 . When I called to inquire why I was told I was charged for additional mileage and because I didn't complete online check in.. I was never informed about any online check in and I dropped the truck early and where I was told.. I would never recommend to anyone because they are not up front with you about anything and my card was debited additional money for no reason at.. Also to add insult to injury the customer service representative literally stated to me that they didn't have to disclose anything to me I should have read the contract.. That was so rude and the compassion and empathy was not there

I just think U-Haul needs to do a better job of setting expectations. I also am extremely upset that I did not get some kind of invoice or itemized receipt showing me what I paid for.
Dustin McLaughlinNot make a customer wait around for 10 minutes because the guy who does U-Haul wasn't there. Also, this was the 2nd 10 FT. U-haul I've rented over the last week, and in both, a warning light that looked to be for the engine was lit for both entire 150 mile round-trips. I find that really annoying.

Neil ChristenThe U Haul trucks itself need to be properly kept up on service. For example like tires rotate and balance, oil changes, and etc. It was very hard to drive the truck because it is severely off balance and the brakes need to be done badly. Also check the ramp and latches regularly to make sure there are no problems because I had a very hard time with it.Ohter than that everything else was good.
