Hard to beat perfection

Larry VanZandtThe only issue I had was with the truck not being able to go past a certain speed. I follow the speed limits and the rules of the road but going through Mew Mexico and Arizona there are mountains and downgrades that felt a little scary when there were semi trucks going faster than you and you cannot get out of their way because they are in both lanes.

Matt BaumI was charged an extra $16 on top of my rental with no answer as to why. I brought the truck back before they told me too, swept it out in the parking lot out of courtesy, and also drove it less than 2 miles the gas indicator never moved

Weldon HendersonMoving is a stressful situation and unexpected things happen, but you can ALWAYS count on U-Haul to mess things up. This time I showed us to a truck with less than half a tank that was dirty in the back and best of all no moving blankets (I had asked for and ended up paying for 3 dozen). Maybe no one at U-Haul has ever had to move, but it is extremely difficult when you cannot protect your furniture. I ended up going to a big box store and buying every moving blanket that had. It cost over $300 just to buy 13 of them. I've been through this before with U-Haul, and truth be told, I am the fool for ever believing that they might actually get it right.

TERESA MELSONI was not exactly happy that she did not honor the Uhaul price and I was supposed to get a discount for ordering online. One of the trailer's latches was hard to open. But overall ok experience

Scott MeierThe location itself was fine but the check-in process was one of the hardest things to do. We used the Truck Share process and learned that after an hour, you can't check out the truck that way unless someone resets it. It took us 45 minutes just to check out the truck.

Christyn BoringThe lady at VIP was very nice. She helped each person in front of me, and myself, with kindness and respect. She sold items for packing without over selling, but definitely up selling. The van I rented was conveniently located near the office and had a full tank of gas. It was 'clean', but a bit dusty in the back and had foot dirt in the front. Heater worked well and the trip to pick up some furniture was as expected.

John ChaffinLocation was excellent. The person checking in was great. I would have preferred to do the driver verification before arriving in below freezing weather and having to submit additional information on my phone. This should have been done when I reserved the truck online.

Calissa KennedyI was told over the phone the rate per mile would be $0.89. The person giving me the information knew I was renting on a Saturday. On Saturday I when I picked up the truck I was again told it was $0,89 per mile. My nephew was with me and heard her say this. After I dropped the truck in 6 hrs I received my receipt the next day with a rate of $1,09 per mile. I called the rental place on Monday and she said it was $1,09 because it being a Saturday, I reminded her she told me the $0,89 and she state she did not remember. I was told to call U-Haul. I did, and when the person and I connected, she said I signed a contract and therefore no refund. Thank you, U-Haul, for miscommunication!

RANDY TRIMBLEIn the year2022 most larger vehicles have a much better ride. My was fine but, we had a few things that were broken, but nothing of great value. Your sign on your truck says " gentle ride van". You should find a way to honor that sign. Thanks for asking my opinion. God bless. Sincerely, Michael Lykins

She will go out of her way to be helpful, offer advise or whatever is in her power to do. She's outgoing, positive and displays her customer service skills to the maximum. For all my in town needs, Debbie, by far, will always have my business. She cares about her customers, the business and the location she operates. OUTSTANDING!!

Roger YandellWe rented a 10' truck as it was the only one available and a dolly for 7/29 @ 12. At 12:15 we were called to see if we were still coming...yes we were running late. Get there and no dolly. On 7/30, we get a call at 11:26am wanting to remind us to return the truck at noon. We returned the truck at 11:57 and were over charged. A rental that should've cost 39,98 cost 192...we won't rent again
