Had to wait wait for them to open which was about 15 minutes pass there open hours. Then had to wait approx another 15min for them to get everything organized

Jason EllisStore did not open on time, in fact I had to use a return online feature because when I left they were still not open, sketchy area, did not feel safe. saw one staff member asked for help but they walked away. Would not rent or return here again.

Markeisha NesbittI was diverted to Wags RV Service 30 minutes prior to my scheduled pick up time because my original confirmed 17' truck reservation was not available several miles away. Therefore, I had to find an alternative at the last minute and Wag's had a 15' truck available. Wag's was not open on Saturday so I picked up/dropped off using online and electronic means. Therefore, I never interacted with the "location." The truck was a newer truck and it was a nice truck, but it didn't come with the PADS I reserved because they were closed. Plus, the Wade-Hampton location didn't have PADS either when I showed up as directed by the national UHAUL representative. (I was still charged for them). Wag's return location is on the road with limited parking and would become a problem parking the return trucks if more than 6-8 were returned after hours (over the weekend.)

Lisa AndersonAll the staff were friendly and helpful. Reservation easy. Place easy to find. If you need rv parts or service it's your place too. I just needed a 6x12 trailer with ramp to move some fitness equipment into my training studio called Energy Fitness in Travelers Rest/Greenville area. Pick up and top off were easy and any poor damage to trailer were noted with stickers prior to original departure. Thanks, Wag's RV and Rentals.

Chris SpellmanI requested in person pick up and was never told that it would be digital. So we spent 20 minutes on the phone with UHaul when we arrived and no one was available at the actual location. Need to do a better job with pre pick up communication

ALLISON LYNN BUTLERI was not impressed with the online checking process. It was confusing. The pickup was at 830 am and multiple other cars were in the lot making it difficult to get the truck off the lot.

Audrey CutlerMy original reservation was completely changed 24 hours before pickup. The location was switched from one that was open and staffed to another location that was closed. My reservation was also supposed to include an appliance dolly, which was replaced by a regular dolly without straps. This was 100 % useless for our need. The truck share 24/7 system is extremely slow and broken. Our pickup was delayed by 25 minutes due to the website and Android app failing to load the pickup checklist. I waited on the support phone line for 20 minutes, and was hung up on abruptly. Nothing went smooth with my rental experience and I will not use U-Haul again.

thomas kanipeI had some trouble with drop off. The system automatically created a drop off location when one wasn't chosen. 2 Uhaul employees (from the 800 number) told me the drop off location couldn't be changed. There's a special number to call in order to change the location. This number should be made available. The guys at this location are cool for sure. Just had a bumpy ride with this issue at the end.

alain rancI was told that since I couldn't get the gas nozzle off that I could come back up there and right then and pay for it since it was over the weekend! When I received it the tank was on less than quarter of a tank and I only used like 7 dollars worth of gas on it. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and couldn't come right then due to being sandwiched in a car accident and I explained this information over the phone while going to the hospital! I only had my grandfather with me so he went up there and was turned around and my because he couldn't drive the truck! My card was charged an extra $57 dollars and that made my total $140 dollars I was not expecting to pay! Terrible experience!!!!
Kathrine ThorntonWags RV Sales & Service is not a location I recommend. The lady was nice. The man came through the shop smoking a cigarette which I thought someone smoked inside when I got there so that made sense. I did not feel comfortable leaving my car there overnight. Even the man said to be sure to lock up because "there's been some wild ones known to walk through here". I will make sure this is not my pickup location in the future.
