Anchor RNo improvement but Mike was great at making sure we knew what he was doing instead of just making us stand there and not knowing what's going. His customer service was more than satisfactory and we enjoyed how he made us feel less anxious moving. Great guy with the best vibes, 10/10!

Clover NI had very bad experience while renting from this site. My MI out was 2732, I have took the picture from the dashboard and shown it to the store manager before I left the site and she took the note and told me she will adjust it when I returned the truck, but she didn't adjusted in the receipt and I had to pay for additional 6miles because in their paper it was written MI out 2726. They also forced me to buy the insurance at the store, though during online reservation I didn't took their insurance. very disappointment service.

Madhusudhana Ndont tell a customer to get out of the office if he asks politely after he returns the car to you for a hard copy receipt, if you dont want to provide a hard cooy receipt then please tell the customer how much you charged him after he returned the car, dont humiluate your customer by kicking him out of the office. dont tell your customer that he will know how much he was charged after he goes home and receives an email which i received after two hours and i found it in the spam folder

Sam AThe truck I reserved was available but as I began to drive it across town the check engine light came on with the warning buzzer. Then it turned off. After a few times I noticed that each time the light and buzzer came on the oil pressure dropped. I unloaded the truck and took it back. When I mentioned there was an issue the lady at the counter said "oh, the check engine light?" Like she already knew about it. When I mentioned the oil pressure then she decided to take the truck out of service to be repaired. Meanwhile I lost the rest of my moving day and was not offered any discount t for the inconvenience. Normally I love this location, but this has cast a shadow for me.

Viet HExcellent customer service. Instructions about returning the truck and equipment were clearly explained. When we arrived at the location we had an easy check-in process and the truck was ready for us, which was really appreciated especially since we were on a time crunch.

David ETge gas gauge contract can be confusing. I would prefer to start with a full vehicle so I can fill it up upon return, like a rental car.
