The truck and trailer was filthy and caked with mud.
David SPlease don't keep the self service. I tried it and wasted half an hour and in the end had to go inside and so it with a person. Luckily she was nice but even she said the self service is crap. Wanting to identify me with 2 people which I only had my husband who was in the car and shared the same phone as me and my mom and they didn't allow that. Not happy with uhaul themselves

Ralph FThe truck was returned early and not over mileage. Over a week later I got an invoice saying it was 8 days extra with over mileage charge. There is no answer at the drop off location and they have not called me when Uhall sent them a request to contact me about the charges.
SarahA BI got bitched at for needing a uhaul by the rep at Walton’s because we had called n they said it was already rented out , so we called u haul to see where the closest 20’ was and they said just take the one at Walton’s , we explained that it was already reserved , the Uhaul lady explained that it was not, I went to pick up the uhaul and got my ass chewed on how we went above her head and that she shouldn’t rent the cargo truck to us lectured me saying things like “ I hate people like you” so no I will not be renting another uhaul because of this experience
Jonnilyn PLet them know the noises from the back r not to upset u! It's a loud sound if u don't have anyone with experience, with u when it happens! My son drives a bucket truck everyday. He says it just what they sound like .

Kary BOur reservation was lost in the system. Did not get the size truck we reserved. Was told by customer service woman, "that's what you get for booking it online" Before she could help us she had to go to the bank, so we could sit and wait 20 minutes or leave. It was a very unfriendly experience, we will not use their service again.

What a joke, when the owner gave us back some money because of all the bs with their storage units and along with broken items from the person they made arrangements with to load and unload our uhaul, the lady running the uhaul office called my daughter a fat bitch! Would recommend not ever doing business here.

Amanda CIt seems like the check-in process for a reservation made nearly 3 weeks prior is pretty convoluted, resulting in very little paperwork to take with you, but also having to deal with a changed reservation fiasco that we'll actually be contacting U-Haul directly about. I don't know if that's their standard operating procedure or if it was because it was a long-haul one-way rental or what, but it was not a very ideal circumstance at all.

Mike HThe staff at the pick up location were extremely unprofessional and letting me know that they used the U haul equipment for their own personal use when customers we're not using it. There was also no directions given to me on how to find or start my U-Haul. When I created my reservation to get my U-Haul at one of the three 15 minute away locations I was notified two days before my pick up date that I had to drive an hour away and would not be reimbursed for the gas. How could any company treat their customers this way and expect them to follow their tight timelines and go get a U-Haul that is an hour away is extremely inconsiderate and rude of a company.

Annette DI will NOT use UHaul again nor recommend it to another person. However, that decision is NOT DUE TO THE PEOPLE WHO WORK AT THIS LOCATION. They couldn't have been more helpful! My decision is based on the UHaul corporation. I ordered a 20 foot truck a month ahead of time. There was a truck at this location several days before I was to pick it up. However, the corporate office decided to transfer it to someone else. They did offer a 15 foot truck with a trailer attached. The trailer was free but cost an additional amount for protection. With some phone calls I was able to get this eliminated. The people I spoke to acted as if it was no big deal that I was inconvenienced. When we went to load, we couldn't unhook the trailer. The people at this location were not open so I tried to talk to someone at the UHaul corporation. I was continually put on hold while she attempted to figure out directions to give me. I finally hung up because I didn't have the time to waste since we had a limited time to load. We had to load with the trailer attached, therefore, we were unable to use the ramp. My entertainment center got ruined trying to lift it into the truck. I want to say that the people at Walton's tried speaking to the corporate office prior to my arrival but nobody listened to them either.
