I had a fantastic experience with Marty and Dot at Watson Storage in Elverta! Marty worked with me to find the right size storage unit for me and even let me stay a little past closing to finish unloading. And Dot was extremely helpful while I was unloading and working with Marty to secure me a second storage unit. I can't recommend Watson Storage enough because of Marty & Dot, who went out of there way to make my move into storage smooth! Thank you Marty & Dot

I am a 75 yr old, 80 lb woman. In the past I've had trouble with UHAUL locations in getting any kind of customer service. Marty went the extra mile to help me get what I needed at the best price! Marty and his wife, the owner's at this facility were friendly, amazing people who always go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of! One of the truck tires had a large defect exposing metal which I did not notice until I got to my loading location. I am partly at fault for not inspecting the truck more thoroughly upon pick-up, though I do wish it had been found and fixed prior to renting it out. That being said, I was so thankful for the prompt and effective roadside service that replaced the tire within hours of reporting the issue.

It should be posted on the contract that Watson Storage isn't open on Mondays, which is the day we dropped off the truck. If it hadn't been for someone living next door (I am guessing they worked there) coming over and greeting us. It would have been the climax to our hole experience. The person was warm, welcoming and helpful which helped. I'll never recommend U-Haul to anyone! As I stated to one of the customer service agents (after spending 25 + hours on customer service lines overall). A total nightmare!

My pick up location was changed at the last minute to 25+ miles away from where I requested, and it was not made clear that this was a possibility. I understand why this happens, but this should have been made clear up front. Also, the mobile pick up did not work at all. I would have been completely stuck at the location if the manager hadn't happened to be around outside of business hours. He was very helpful, but uhaul should not have customers rely on a system that is so unreliable.

Marty Marin was very professional, courteous, and made our multi-state move as pain-free as possible, considering we were utilizing both U-Haul and the PODS moving systems to move from California to Southern Idaho. The 26' truck was easy to drive and comfortable as well. If anyone in the Elverta/Sacramento area needs an experienced U-haul company/representative to fulfill your moving needs, Marty is the man! I would recommend him to anyone!

The only thing you could do to improve for the next customer would be to have more equipment available for rent, but with all of the moves currently taking place in our area I doubt you could ever have enough. Thank you for providing a service much needed by so many of us.

The manager took me to the airport rather than requiring me to call an Uber. He was very pleasant, helpful and friendly. The location is out in the middle of NOWHERE, but you know if I need to drop off equipment again, I would choose this location!

My son picked up the tow dolly and the salesman was amazing. He was very helpful kind and knowledgeable. My son was in and out in no time and was able to return the dolly the following morning as he had a previous planned event the night we had to tow the car or it would been lost to us. We both appreciate the customer service friendly neighbor atmosphere and just wonderful personal attention. We'll always return here when we need Uhaul help. The location was perfect for we're I live and even the storage units were clean, pretty ground keeping and when I had to leave my own car on their property until I could come back to pick it up, I felt safe because they have 24hr security system and Marty lives on the property!
