I reserved an appliance dolly and they didn't have any. What is the point of the reservation if it doesn't work? I had to scramble last minute to find one elsewhere because they said they couldn't do anything. This is not a great experience to have, especially on an already stressful day when you're moving.
Alishan MominDrove the truck to the return location, big iron gate was closed. Called two phone numbers on the sign, nobody answered. Then we noticed a smaller gate we could walk in, that triggered the gate to open. Stopped by the office, two persons inside, but nobody bothered to answer the phone or show us in.
Li LiMore access for customers dropping off equipment. Also more parking for trucks being dropped off before opening hours.

karen TERLINSKIThe owner of this location, Ben, was so friendly and accomodating. He does not offer check-in by phone though, so this might need to be changed on the website. Overall, one of the better Uhaul experiences I've had.

Joyce DanielInform the renter of the anti theft features of the trucks that are being rented before renting. My steering wheel locked on me. No One at the 800 number of uhaul could tell me why. They did not send roadside assistance either ! I paid out of pocket for roadside assistance. When I returned the truck I was told about the " anti theft " feature.

Brian HugginsWhen we returned the truck the gate wouldn't open because there was nobody working in the office even though it was business hours. We waited there a long time, called and called and no answer. Finally someone who has a storage unit went in with their code and we quickly followed. Hate to think how long we would have waited- all day? If the guy had not come to his storage unit.

cathy burrowsThis location has a gate that is only open from 8am-6pm and does not allow for after hours drop off. However there was no indication of this when I made my reservation on the Uhaui site. I tried to drop the truck off at 10 pm after being exhausted from moving all day and was incredibly frustrated to have to come back the next morning. Please update this information on the website.

Mason AcevedoThe truck was not cleaned. Doing a check of the truck with phone photos does not show the existing damage on the truck. It would be helpful to have the truck I ordered from the location I needed it from without moving my reservation the day prior to my move. This caused additional stress in an already stressful move.

DEWAYNE WALKERAbsolute best U-Haul experience ever- fast, clean, and courteous! Owners were prompt, kind, and SO helpful! Have you ever seen someone clean the truck before you take it away? Now I have! Have you ever had someone walk with you around the truck and point out imperfections so you aren't charged? Now, yes! I've moved many times and this was by far the best truck and experience. Watson & Taylor self storage is highly recommended!
EMMA HUBBARDThe employees working here are very friendly and easy to get in touch with. This was the first time I'd ever rented a U-Haul through the app and everything was fast and simple. I think it has been mentioned before, but I'll mention again, if your phone doesn't get a good cell signal, it may be a little difficult accessing the app from this location.

Tom CrespinThe whole process from reserving, picking up and returning the truck went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend renting a uhaul from this location. The only down side right now is all the construction in the area. However the customer service I received made up for that.

Karl DamkauskasWhen I filled the truck up with gas, gas spewed out of a pipe underneath the truck (near the gas tank). It looked like someone had tried to patch the leak but quite a bit of gas still spilled out onto the ground.

cherish sneedThe dolly wasn't included, but U-Haul did remove the charge for that aspect so I'm happy that that portion of things was figured out. Easy to pick up, and made my move 100 % easier.

Rigo DelarosaTruck was dirty, windshield was covered in tree sap and could barely see out of it. Had to take it to a car wash before heading on my road trip. Moving blankets were strewn across the back of the truck. Renter did not walk me around the truck to ensure all damage was marked or give any instruction.
