HENRY GThe only problem i had is at the Bushnell location. I was asked to relocate a 5x8 trailer to Atlanta for a $75 discount through U-haul which i agreed to, when i picked up the equipment the agent asked about $30 insurance for the trailer. I didn't think i should have to pay insurance on a trailer i wasn't even using. I said I'm moving the trailer for U-haul and not even using it. He said so you don't want insurance. to cover myself i purchased insurance. After i dropped off the equipment i saw the email stating i did not need insurance when U-haul ask the customer to move equipment. I feel the agent at the Bushnell office should be aware of the policy and that the agent on the phone that asked to move the equipment should inform the customer they will not need to purchase insurance. I have sent 2 emails to U-haul with no response and tried to call and get pushed to website.

EDRID BBoth locations were very helpful. They helped hookup when I rented it in Bushnell, Fl. 33513 and they helped unhook when I returned it in Lake Wales Fl. 33859. Very friendly and quality people at both locations took the time to make sure I was informed and satisfied with my experience! Merci!

Kathy KOwner of this location tried to rip me off for a rental I did not use. After 5 or 6 calls to Weather King of Bushnell, I had to all U-Haul customer service to get it taken care of and get my refund. Thank you Damon Wade at Customer Service for your help.

Stephen RI would not recommend uhaul out of state to anyone. It was one of the worst logistical nightmares we have even been involved in, your words and "expectations" are a joke. Not sure how anyone can plan a move (pay people) with the equipment "might" be there.....then the equipment over an hour away from location requested. Joke-one & done ✅

Daniel JThe owner allowed me to stop in and rent a trailer last minute (only 10 minutes til close) which I really appreciate as most businesses wouldn't do that. Only issue we had with the trailer was the amount of dirt and palmetto bugs that were in the unit when we got it back to our rv....needless to say we had those bugs in our stuff when we got home too. As of now it isn't a problem that we see but it is cold now so who knows. It looked like someone had rented the trailer to move plants as there was a lot of dirt or soil on the floor of the trailer.
