Check vehicle before customer arrives to prevent having to find another vehicle without any problems.

Panyapat BReason for answering no to equipment being cleaned is that both front seats needed vacuuming due to the presence of dog hair (allergies), and the inside of the windshield really needed cleaning. That said, Phil's customer service was great, and not just in general. Without hesitation, he quickly and thoroughly vacuumed the front interior of the van and got us underway with hardly any delay. Very courteous and professional!

James WPhil the guy who helped me was awesome! He made sure to put my car behind the gate since they've been having car break ins so I felt reassured. He also made sure to warn me aboit a couple of things about my uhual being a bit older, such as a sticky transmission so I was prepared for the road. Give this man a raise! 6/5 stars!!

Robin ANothing except I was little concerned about the Truck's well being itself as it was making sound out if the back freight side, maybe it was just the road having some bad chips and bumps, but other than that, Phil was super kind and nice to explain everything in details to make my U-Haul experience great and safe. Thanks for this location, helping my move way easier.

Nay HMy comments are not about West Coast Self Storage (which was excellent). My issue is that I specifically booked a UHaul rental from a totally different location and ended up with a place 25 minutes away. Not only did this impact my moving logistics, but I had to pay more in mileage. I was extremely disappointed that my reservation was moved 48 hours notice to a different part of the city entirely. I understand issues exist with returns and available vehicles, etc. but if this is so common, then 48 hours notice could have given time for someone to drive the truck down to its intended pick up location. I use public transit, so the change of locations would have meant a two hour bus ride round trip if I hadn't been able to find someone coming from up north to pick it up for me. 1 star review for the hassle and stress of having my reservation moved to a place other then the location I specifically designated.

Gregory TExcellent rental, picked the truck up at the neighbor location, West Coast Self storage, and the experience was far easier than my previous experiences at UHaul. Phil called me to let me know the location of the truck and gave explicit directions. I didn't have to wait in the lobby for an employee, they were there and ready with paperwork. Customer service was outstanding, I would highly recommend going this route to friends/family and would preferentially use this again in the future compared to the Uhaul location.

NATASA KForgot dolly. Truck made alot of noise and alot of play in steering wheel. Was supposed to get emailed receipt and didn't. Got a receipt later and didn't take off the credit for the dolly. Two companies working the same phone number and really confusing.

MJ LPhil is amazing - the epitome of a one-man-band. He is always in bright spirits and consistently himself, which is a delight to do. Unfortunately, we moved out of the storage facility but if for any reason we need storage or a u-haul, we know where we are going. Thank you Phil!

Mohamed VI thought my reservation was at the shoreline UHaul facility next door. They directed us to West Coast Storage since i'd apparently made the reservation there. Phil had a lot of issues with our reservation and we had to wait for more 30 min for the problem to get resolved. Phil made it right in the end and was very pleasant and professional. Phil was the key to our positive experience in spite of all the challenges we faced.

Michelle CDennis and Phil were totally awesome. We needed a last minute truck, and they were willing to help us out. The actual Uhaul location next door to them, closed at 5, it was 430, and they told us to go elsewhere. So we did, and we will never go back to them. Lucky for us, West Coast Storage is next door, and our business was actually appreciated. Dennis and Phil got us taken care of quickly. Phil brought the truck around to us, checked the back of the truck, gave us some tips on the door, and even gave it an additional blow out, as he wasn't happy with how the back of the truck looked. Next door they give you keys, and tell you to go out onto the lot and find it yourself.
Kelly RDennis at the front desk was great to deal with. I have used this location a couple of times. No waiting and good service. Previously, I was at the location next door, Dennis realized I was at the wrong place and was in front to greet me.
