Once I got the truck, the cargo area was trashed. There were soda cans, leftover garbage and boxes from the previous renter. The driver seat and wheel were also sticky and muddy. This was completely unacceptable, and I spent my first couple hours cleaning the truck

CARMENP CPlease ensure the pick-up time is what they say it's going to be, I waited one hour past the designated pick-up time. I was informed my truck would be ready at 10:00 a.m. and was told I needed an exact pick up and drop off time so the trucks could stay in operation but I was informed by an employee at the pick up location that the fella who handles the U Hauls is not in until 11:00 a.m. and there was nothing he could do about it. I hire 3 employees at the rate of $20 per hour estimating the move to be no more than 2 hours for a total employee cost of $120 but employee costs ended up an extra $60 for a total of $180 because of the misinformation on pick-up time. The truck would not initially start, the guy looking after us had to get in the truck and go through a startup sequence after which the truck started and I had no further issues. Very disappointed in the service

Beyfield TI returned the truck on Wednesday morning and I had to return on Friday morning to get the rental finalised. Call the office twice and chat on Wednesday, and Thursday
