Roberto VAndrea is awesome, she accommodated all my needs for the rental of the 15 foot truck & the auto transport, as well as allowing me to return the 5 by 8 trailer I'd mistakenly rented a couple of days prior. What a good sport with a great attitude. She also answered a couple of questions and addressed my concerns for any situation that might come up. The icing on the cake was when she told me about the process at the border patrol station and very welcome to also hear from her not to use toll roads, it was a bit rougher on the way home without them but I save a ton of $$$. Andrea, thank you for top notch customer service!

Michael SLocation needs employees that take their job seriously. Tried to drop off at 1:30 in the afternoon, people back from lunch are already. Had to drop and leave trailer. Came back to take picture to make sure I had evidence that I drop the trailer off at employee told me they were closed at 1:30 in the afternoon.

Douglas AThe office was closed on Monday, which was understandable being labor day. However, the office was supposed to be open the following Tuesday, so I could officially return the truck by the deadline. Instead, the office still wasn't open Tuesday morning, so I had to leave the truck at the office (I had meetings all day and could not sit around waiting for someone to show up). Since I had blankets and a dolly in the truck, I had to leave the truck padlocked and left the padlock key with the truck key in the key drop off box at the office. Also, despite dropping off the truck with a 1/4 tank of gas (which was more than what I got when I picked up the truck on 9/2), the office staff incorrectly noted that only 1/8 tank was left and charged me an additional fuel charge.

JOSE LI arrived to pick up truck with prepaid invoice but he charged an additional fee plus did not have a dolly and did not refund that fee even though I had prepayed. I now have to go through U-Haul.com to try to get his extra charge and the fee for a dolly reinbursed. Very unhappy!
timothy GThe vehicle I drove back to New York. Extremely uncomfortable dye to excessively loud noises due to apparent lack of door Sealing. I am a body man and know that somehow somewhere your doors were slammed open either by wind or person. The excessive noise created an uncomfortable and excessive ride. 2000 miles with a loud rushing air hurts the ears. Its now 2 days later and my hearing is getting back to normal. Now to the point of getting better. Let the owners take them on highway in order to ascertain if there are any cab issues such as I have stated

Victor BThe truck had a 75 mph speed limiter. This was dangerous for passing. Texas has a 75 mph speed limit. Passing a truck that's doing 72 or 73 mph was difficult. Cars speeding up behind me because I'm taking so long to pass.

Miriam MContracted drop off location would not take drop off. They wanted me to drive around town to get the vehicle where they wanted it. I had picked a location convenient for me not uhaul.
George KFrom the moment I was trying to rent the truck I had problems. And then after getting sent to this location the problems continued. The truck had problems with the tires and they could not fix the problems till the nite time. This is ridiculous since I had rented the truck at 1pm. Plus had my 3 yr old daughter with me. Called costumer service and they said they could call me with in 48 hrs. Yet to hear from anyone.
