Jay AAt pickup time the national reservation system was having issues. It took Becky over 30 minutes to get the reservation completed but I appreciate her dedication to getting the job done in the face of extremely poor support from the national system.

Todd CThe equipment had 137k miles. The steering was dangerously soft and you could turn the steering wheel 10 degrees in either direction without changing the direction of the tires. Interior was worn out.

ED PLocation is great a very convenient! We've used this location several times! Our truck was clean, but seemed to run a little "rough". We will continue to refer new customers!!

John GDon't ask your customers to take inspection photos for you. The weekday employee lady was absolutely wonderful for the Westerville north self storage location. U-Haul rates are hard to beat for short distances too. But I'm not taking 8 photos of the truck, in the cold, after a long 2 days of moving…I'm sorry. Mileage and fuel photo for proof? Yes I agree. The rest? No. Besides the after hours return process, a great and easy experience.

Justin RGreat experience at this location recently. I rented a truck to pick up some Christmas trees and was pleasantly surprised to find the vehicle clean and warmed up for me at the designated pickup time friendly service as well.

Todd WThere were intermittent dash board warning lights that would appear and disappear intermittently. The only one that concerned me was the "air bag needs service " light. This probably needs to be checked out. Might be nothing, might be an accident waiting to happen.

Randy BI ended up taking the truck back only after one load. The truck needing serious maintenance. The brakes were grinding, reaching 65mph the truck would start shaking and something internal was clanking. I asked that this rental be prorated but the teller wasn't able to comply.
