It's a bit difficult to find the location. No real clear signage from the street. The rest of the experience was great

I walked up to the location to reserve a truck for 3:00 PM and the lady put the truck down for 1:30pm. I said I would return at 3:00 to pick it up. I realized at 2:45 pm that I had no help to move my things and came back to change the reservation to 9:00 am she said she could not change the reservation. So I picked the vehicle up at 9:00 am and had it back by 1:30 not because I was finished moving but because the lady put the wrong time on the contract and I didn't want to be late and charge a whole day fee because she didn't make the reservation as I requested when I came to the UhAul rental so no this wasn't a good experience or customer service.

Micayla RNo signs out front showing where to go. Should be a U-Haul sign. I drove around for awhile looking for it. Also I had to submit 2 references this time. I've never had to do this before. I picked up the van after 10pm when everyone is in bed. They still wanted to call 2 people or else I would be denied. What's the point of offering a 24 hour service if you're requiring to call references that late?? Meanwhile I was standing outside alone in the cold for 45 minutes until someone picked up. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Good thing I was not mugged..

SHAWN MThe truck was not ready for the online check in and I had to wait for the employee to return and check me in manually. Ended up not being a huge deal but would have preferred that my key was in a lock box ready for online check in, as I had requested.

Liza EIn making the self-service reservation, I was able to request furniture pads. None were included in my self-service rental and I later learned that they are not offered for rentals at this location, which would have been helpful to know -- and not allowable to add -- in advance. This seems like the fault of Uhaul.com more than this location.

NICHOLAS RThe back of the van had not been cleaned prior to my pick up. There was pet (cat) hair [and smell] in the cab and the back section. I had to put a sheet over the passenger seat so it didn't get all over my daughter (who is allergic to cats). If there had been time, I would have taken the van back and gotten another one. It was nasty!
Lynn MAfter leaving my things in storage for roughly 4 months (with ownership and myself having the only keys) I finally moved out. I arranged for a moving company to retrieve my things (I hired a moving company so I would not need to miss work). The storage company assured me that they would be there to let the movers in. Day of, the movers called me to inform me that management was not there, and I needed to leave work to let them into the unit. The time ended up costing me a few hundred in extra labor hours. Once the movers unloaded everything into my apartment, I found that I was missing one box - containing two top-end kitchen appliances and a few odds and ends. I have reached out to management multiple times, but they have never responded. At this point, I'm writing it off as a loss - but will never recommend either company again.

Nice that you have dollies and carts for our use also. Very clean. I would certainly come back again if I needed storage space. THANK YOU FOR BEING AVAILABLE when we needed you!!!!

Robert RFloors were muddy in front and messy in back. I had to wipe down the cab and dash, cleaning out refuse from driver side slots. A lot of pet hair all over cloth seats. Couldn't get it off. Had to sweep out the back before loading. Before I returned can, I wiped down with Clorox wipes and swept out the back. I recommend you switch to leather seats so key hair can be cleaned up

Also, I was not aware pictures needed to be taken before dropping the keys in the lock box after hours. Knowing would have been helpful so I could accurately give milage, etc. Overall great service and experience!
DANI FAwful. Location horrible. Owner lies. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER RENTING A TRUCK IN MY LIFE. DONE SO MANY TIMES. BIG FAT JOKE. NOT WIRTH THE gas just finding the place. Nor is it worth the potential accident you can get only turning around to find it. Just to be greeted by a non smiling Chris who lies. And it is absurd. She is put out to help you. Totally put out. NEVER AGAIN. WILL USE A DIFFERENT PLACE ON OPPOSITE END OF EARTH.
francine sThe "virtual pick up" wasn't clear at the time of booking. The office was supposed to be open when I got there (before 5pm), but wasn't. Even when I phoned the office number no one answered.
Simon ENot much, CHRIS is a GREAT MANAGER and is helpful about what type of vehicle, how to pack specific items. I also use the location for storage for 1 or 2 more months. The facility is always clean. I will ALWAYS RECOMMEND THE FACILITY. Regards Rich Stanislaw (440)915-1338
RICHARD SThis storage facility provides all the benefits of being climate controlled without paying the price for it. Because it is underground, it is never too cold in the winter or too hot in the summer. I would definitely use it again if I had the need.

Paul SEach time, at rental and post rental, that I told by the on-duty employee different costs for the rental and the mileage charge. She kept confusing weekend and week day charges. The diver cab was dirty, discarded food wrappers, empty bottles of soda on floor and used Covit surgical masks on the dash board. The driver and passenger windows were dirty, as were the mirrors, to the point I could not see out the windows or use the mirrors until I stopped and cleaned them (Safety Issue). Finally, half way back to my starting point a message appeared on the console-"Oil Change is needed." I was not sure if I should continue driving, but due to fact it was 10:00PM I continued hoping I got to my destination before the engine seized up.
