Richard FinnHe gave me a truck that had been in a wreck. The steering pulled hard to the left and any relaxing of steering pressure would send the truck head on into on- coming traffic. Dangerous, Dangerous, Dangerous!!!!!!!!!!!! I was shorted two blankets when I ordered a dozen. I ordered a 26 footer 3 weeks before pickup and they sent me on a 60 mile trek to find one . Every place but Westside was closed. While doing paperwork a couple returned a 26 footer a day early and not scheduled at Westside. I asked him for it and he said it was already rented. How could it be rented if he had no idea the truck was even coming. The couple heard him and told my son in law outside this is BS on the man's part. The office had parrots with sh.. all over the floor and a couple inches in the cage. Cage door was open. Filthy office.

I'm 62 years old and had trouble with the checking in part and needed help even though he was there in the office he was very upset that he had to help me. Will never use that location again. And the truck was on empty. I left it with gas in it though.
Cathy JarvisI paid almost $200 for 48 hours. Price of 24 hours is $30,95 X 2 since I will have it for 2 days. This people charge me Rental Rate, MI charge who fuck know what it is that please don't tell Me for miles charge because that reason we refill the track when we return them. Here my break down. $65,4 for MI charger, safe move $28.00, Rental Rate 39.95, $2 for estimated environmental fee and estimated Rental charges paid Tax. 17,53 Total of $192.82. Do I get my money back that I paid for insurance? I THINK THAT TO TOUCH FOR ONLY 48 HOURS RENTAL Hmm. God is not sleeping.

Larry BrownThe mobile automated pickup was a HEADACHE. Finally realized it was a automated pickup since we couldn't find a live person. Once we found truck it took at least 15 to 20 minutes to FINALLY get that sorry lock to line up right and get it open!! You need all your locations to oil the locks so the mechanism will turn better and line up easier. Also, you need to make it easier to pick up the truck at the location we are moving from. I had to 35 miles out of the way to finally get it
Ken AlexanderThis vehicle was in bad shape. Passenger mirror was broken. Scrapes all long both sides of the vehicle. Power steering was low. Poor maintained vehicle. Glass on rear bumper. Busted driver rear light. Employee was rude. Nasty inside office, health issue with feces from birds all over and stench from bird feces.

NOLEN VEST100 degrees outside and the freaking A/C did not work! The truck also needs a front end alignment as it walks all over the road requiring both hands to remain tight on the steering wheel. It made for an exhausting day! I took it back minus a few gallons and was charged for fuel. Shame that I immediately called it I. And was told it was the only one in inventory so I had to continue with usage. Absolutely inexcusable! Was exhausted and drained at the end of the day not from moving items because I never touched anything that went into or out of the truck. Scott NORTHENWorse experience ever. They told me nothing about the equipment, provided no assistance with loading my car on the car hauler. They provided no information or assistance with locking down my car on the hauler I was renting from them. This made it very dangerous hauling my car, as it could have come off the trailer at any time. The workers just left, knowing I was getting my car to load it on the trailer.
Randy JacksonIf the facility knows that expected equipment has not come in on time, the facility should take the lead in finding alternative facilities WITH equipment, or offer alternative equipment, BEFORE phoning the customer to announce the reservation can't be fulfilled. Getting the failure notice five minutes before close of business is poor practice, and making the customer suggest cities to look at for replacement trailers is the wrong approach.

Russell OsbournThe drop off location was 45 min away, when there were serval locations closer to where I was. Je ne ferai plus appel à cette entreprise. Cost me more in gas just dropping off the trailer.
