I reserved a 9 feet cargo van am two days later for some odd reason my reservation was changed to a 10 feet box truck instead. I did not know this until I went to pick up the truck at the location. I had to pay extra because for whatever reason my reservation was changed from a 9 feet cargo van to a 10 feet box truck. So I ended up paying more than I had anticipated. Not fair for the customer experience.
