Adrian BThe lady is running business from her home . The pick up location is at car repair shop, when you get there you have to call her and then she gives you instructions over the phone how to do her job to pick up already confirmed with customer care truck. The car repair shop works have to come out to give you a key. She was on the phone in her home with her children screaming in the back . Absolutely unbelievable. Horrible service

Landon WI paid for the excess mileage at the beginning of the trip. I even watched the rep enter it into the system. Then I got charged for the same excess mileage at the end of the trip, with the rep saying there was nothing on my contract about paying it up front. So from what I understand I paid a higher rate for the excess mileage due to your unreliable system. Which is unsurprising, because the app failed to let me check in OR check out, I tried both times.

Michael BPassenger seat belt was not working so my buddy had to drive his car couple times when we were moving our stuff and also transmission on that truck is about to broke it was revving up hard and so loud when we went downhill ( should not happen usually). Overall not happy with renting truck this time.

Ogochukwu EPlease ensure there is a reasonable amount of fuel in the tank prior to renting to a Customer, so they don't have to immediately fill-up at a gas station before being able to use the truck.
Drew CClean the windshields! This is the second Haul truck I've used where the windshield was so dirty that driving into the sun in the late afternoon was hazardous because of the glare. Everything else is excellent- pick up, drop off, convenience, help with trouble-shooting is great! Just please wipe the windshields once in a while.

Robert AThe lady was rude and aggressive she did not show up had me give her information over the phone and did not even have a person give me the keys I was advised were to take them from, then upon drop off no one was there when she said someone would be there. Then when I called to drop off again she was rude and angry. She is the worst person I have ever felt with in my life. I will tell everyone about my experience.

georgii sThe truck was fine. The pickup and return was fine and smooth. The problem I had was that when I was picking the truck up, I was informed by the lady (+16046490570) that if I returned the truck with a quarter tank gas, I would be given a credit for the same. So when I was done using the truck, I filled with a quarter tank gas (might be just a tiny bit lower than quarter but I filled it with a 25$ amount. I have receipt) I have been calling her asking for the credit but she hasn't been responding saying she's been busy, or that she will call back, and has started to be very rude. If this will be very hassle some, I would never consider refueling the vehicle before returning it. Please take appropriate action and I want $25 back for my refueling
Garibuel SWell not working because i did a favor and i paid for extra milage even though that i didnt need it to bring the truck back to surrey and the lady told me not to be charged for extra miles. Next time i dont do favors because i paid more for gas and you guys charged me for the miles not good

Rajat THave a truck ready when online booking and actually serve your customers. I booked online no truck available at location sent for truck booking even with the text stating to pick up the truck that day. Luckily the lady at the location I got a 26' truck from was super nice and helpful unlike your other location and also people on the phone.

Jahangir SThis retail store charged us twice for the order, when the truck was dropped at the destined location, the second chage wrongly stated that it was not dropped to their changed location later which was 3 hours from the contracted locals. this is cheating and will take this mater to court and Canadian television, unless charges reversed.
Ronald MSurrey representative wasn't acting professional . In the passenger side wasn't cleaned. I found receipt from December 19th! The truck had 1/8 of Gasoline, while I was told the tank was 1/4 full!
EDWARD BI was not told about anything except 0,79$ per kilometre and in my final bill there was extra $20 gas charge for just 28kms of use. Very poorly informative. Bad experience

Michael BMy family's experience with renting a one way uhaul truck with your company was a terrible experience. The lack of knowledge and expertise in communicating and finding an appropriate pickup point made using your company an experience I and my family will never wish to repeat! Not only did you change pickup points over 5 times and to places far from our moving location, your company was going to change information at the last minute which would have made the move impossible! This was at the same time that you seemed to have more than one truck available at the FINAL pick up point all along. I will not rate the points above as just getting there...late because of your lack of care...definitely would overshadow all our ratings! Please know we have no intention of using or promoting your company after this experience!

My reservation at another location was cancelled for some reason, I rebooked at another location for 11:00am, only to get there and the location not be open:( I called the location on 86TH and she accommodated me even though she was closed Sundays, and she was recovering from a terrible cold! Couldn't thNk her enough!! Definitely will recommend and use this location again!
