Lu MThis physical site was Ok, The U-Haul system of reservations is really unpleasant and difficult, almost non functional. I will avoid U-haul in the future due to their use of electronic system to provide customer service. It is not service. I spent 3-4 hours trying to get a reservation accomplished with their on line system. Never again if I can help it.

Danielle TYour on line reservation system is not good. For the last 2 years following my reservation entry on line I have been informed that the trailer would NOT be available. When I contacted the corporate number provided I was simply told that the unit was only available for 4 days instead of the 11 I had reserved. No effort was made to assist me. When I called my local contact they were able to resolve it within an hour and assured me that the trailer would be available. Without their help you would lose a long time repeat customer
Ronald MThe dash continually displayed "Check tire monitoring system", or some such. There may be a low tire. I could not get the rear half of the side door of the cargo area opened.
DONALD EThe mobile pick up was glitchy. I was never able to upload photos of gas, odometer, condition. The truck was in terrible shape.

But in the past, this location has been extremely helpful in assisting us to find exactly what we need (usually one-way trailers) and has the knowledge and ability to answer all of our questions, unlike it's new neighbor across highway 14.

Luke MThe people here were helpful, but I will never recommend uhaul to anyone after our awful experience. We were supposed to get a truck in Rochester, and found out we had to pick it up in Winona, only to have the person in Rochester cancel our reservation and then we were charged an additional $70 in mileage for having to drive out of our way to pick up a truck. Talk about an inconvenience and a company making us pay extra for their mistakes.
