Very fast and efficient. Equipment is very clean and well maintained, would not hesitate to rent from this location again!
Kevin BThe need to to pick up an 8 foot cabinet came up at *am too complete a project and ready it for next day's work. I was able to drive down to Woodburyy Uhaul, order and pick up right sized vehicle and get the job down. Same day pick up and return. Kevin was helpful.

Tina VThe extra fuel charge was bogus. I left the truck with almost 3/4 of a tank of fuel and it had to start between a half and 3/4. The person that rented me the truck was full of crap when he thought it was 7/8 of a tank, I will never rent another vehicle from this person ever again. He knows he's a liar about the fuel and the $27 charge is totally crap. Couldn't be more dissatisfied with the treatment I got from these people they they oughta learn how to run a business .

John KStreamline mobile pickup process. We began the check in process around 730am but did not depart until almost 745 - yet our return time was still 130 (not a full 6 hours of 145). Gathering alternate pickup names, emergency contact, and photo ids 1w hours before would greatly speed up the process.

Christopher KOverall the customer service was great and communication was very clear. I was a little surprised how the fees and taxes added up so quickly, but overall the rental experience was professional and relatively easy. The truck was clean, had modern conveniences, and performed exactly as needed.
Joshua SLet them know it takes time to pick up your truck if you want to use the app. The app was very slow and froze. Took me 20min to get through it all. Have a check for the inside of cab while going through the process. The seat wouldn't recline and it was very annoying.

Gary HEasy and quick check in and local location. Positives - truck was in good shape and easy to drive and load. Negatives - age if the truck. Crank windows, no auto door lock, no blue tooth or cruise control. Also, the window fogged up and the defogger took a long time to kick in. Overall I'd use again.

BRIAN FThey were not friendly or helpful. Over charged and refused to explain the additional charges. Trailer was missing tie down anchors in the rear of the trailer. Will never rent from this location again
