The Unit (P05) was at the very end of the row, and in the front of the row the gravel is washed out and is affecting access for larger vehicles or trailers.

seth AZelionople Mini Storage is one of the BEST storage facilities that We've ever used. It was always clean and well lit and secure. But more than anything, the staff was always friendly and immediately responded to any inquiries that we had. Upon moving out (only because we moved out of the area), they refunded the portion of the monthly rent that we didn't use! Who does that anymore?? They are super awesome and I'd recommend them to EVERYONE!

The storage conditions were very good, access to electric beneficial, and most important as an older women, I always felt safe alone. Privacy R | Premières impressionsThe only employee at this location was an older woman. I rented 24 blankets for my move. We had a 26' truck, so we used all 24 blankets. The lady would not check us out until all 24 blankets were folded. I've rented a Uhaul before, and I have never had to do this. After a long day of moving, this was not something I wanted to do. Not using this place again.

Renee JNice enough folks, but the van this time around was in the worst condition I've experienced from Uhaul. Obviously it had been in an accident (door frame was bent) and it had been roughly used (gaskets around doors pulled off, dirt on the floor, etc.). We rent a lot, so this was kind of odd.

Lynette PAgent should advise customer where truck should be returned if they are not normally open at the end of the rental period - If their facility will be closed, where the truck can be parked and what should be done with key. Had to call the U-Haul emergency number and even they weren't sure what to do with the truck.
CHARLES MI've rented a U-Haul truck from Zelienople Storage a few times now and each experience was very positive. The personnel here are always friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend them for any U-Haul need.

Bernard LI ordered my trailer three miles from my house and then had to drive 30 minutes to a different pick up location to get the trailer. The customer service at this location was terrible. I was very disappointed in the service with uhaul and will consider other options in the future.
