Super helpful owner at this iStorage location, felt like borrowing a van from a friend. Van was ready, clean and great condition.

DWAYNE GThe App is slow and cumbersome. The proof of who I am and then another proof like a phone number needs to be done ahead of time. There's just a ton that could be streamlined in the picking up and dropping off process. Though I will say, dropping off was much better then picking up. I had changed my credit card i was going to use on the app a few days prior and when i went to pay, the app did not have the new credit card. Its stuff like that that slows the entire pick up process down. The pick up process is awful. So much of it could be done the night before. The truck was clean but the front, where we sat stunk of "old man". That was awful. The truck ran well and needed to do what we needed it to do. Also, I ordered a dolly that was not in the truck, so if I paid for that, please reimburse.

Adrienne FThe customer service rep was excellent, very polite and warned me about the mechanical condition of the truck. Driving the truck was NOT safe, aside from the check engine light on, while a complete stop at a traffic light the truck lurched forward and almost hit the car in front, the truck stalled out three times, and something wrong with the suspension or steering, the inside was dirty, blood on the driver door arm rest, AC occasionally worked. I tried calling customer service during the rental and I was on hold for 38 minutes and gave up!! I did not feel safe driving it and did not complete my moving task. REMOVE the truck from your fleet!!!

Brad MIn a time of dire need due to Hurricane Ian, the staff was amazing. Reserving, picking up and dropping off our truck was very easy and the staff very supportive.
Pat OWe couldn't get your locks to budge for like 15 minutes after putting in the code. My husband finally got it but it was insanely frustrating. The truck was in good shape

Amber BI was overcharged for the vehicle I rented. I was told there was a 1/4 tank in the vehicle but when I got in there was a little less. Within 15 minutes of driving, the low fuel light came on. I returned the vehicle with the same amount (just less than 1/4). I was charged and extra $36 for more fuel and a $30 fuel service fee. I was also charged $14 for insurance that I had declined. In the end, my estimated cost of $102 became $186. This is unacceptable and bad business practices. I won't be back.

FRANK CWorst company I have ever been too they tell you need a reservation to rent a truck. Nowhere in your advertising does it say that. Not to mention the truck you guys let me use seemed to have some mechanical issue. Just overall a poor experience and terrible customer service on all ends everyone you have at the front desk needs to be fired.
matt hpicked truck up at reserved time, was in and out of there in 10 minutes... Do the paperwork online before you arrive makes a big difference time wise..
TIM MIStorage Fiddlesticks was fantastic to work with, specifically Boogie their manager. They helped us out tremendously when issues arose. We were already stressed out with the move but iStorage management remained calm and focused resolving our situation. I will continue to use iStorage when I need a uHaul rental. You should too!
