  • Overall, we felt that the move went very well. We were disappointed when we found that the mattress protector bag was torn, and our mattress was also damaged on the inside of the bag. It appears that the mattress has been drug across the concrete and ripped a hole in the bag. The bags actually had two handles on each side to assist the movers to carry the bag with the mattress inside. We would like to request that the moving company to reimburse us for cost of the protector bags, with which was $70.
