  • On the day of the move, there was no communication. I called the two phone numbers I had, but no response. I wasn't sure if they are going to show up. Movers did show up on time and were courteous. However, compared to my last three experience of using movers through uhaul, they were the slowest. We couldn't get all the boxes in. The moved the furniture carefully and there was no damage. They did mentioned that time was up almost 10 mins before the 2 hrs mark.

  • Our moving team was great! They were kind, courteous and professional. They handling our belongings and new home with care. They kept us updated on progress. Also, I put the request in mid-afternoon and they were at our house the very same evening. That kind of flexibility and accommodation to our schedule is greatly appreciated. I definitely would use them again!
