  • It wasn't easy to initially make contact with the service provider. Calls and texts went unanswered. I found their email and sent a contact request, and they finally texted me. On Fri, Jan 5, I offered to reschedule the job for Mon, Jan 8, due to a storm. They chose Mon instead, and we agreed to start that day at 10 AM. They told me they would call me on Sun, Jan 7. I have had no contact from them since Fri, Jan 5. It is now late afternoon on Jan 8, the day they were supposed to do the work.
