Description states 1,400lb tongue weight and 14,000lb trailer weight, however, the product photo (sticker) shows 400lb and 4,000lb respectively. Which is correct?

If the front of the truck raise up more than my other stationary hitch do you go up on the rise or do you lower down a few holes

Hi, I have the channel with 2 5/16 ball. I need to purchase the combined 1 1/8", 2", what is the part number?
Currently U-Haul does not offer a ball size less than 2" for the Onemount system.
For more options, please see the tri-ball systems offered by U-Haul.
Can this be used as a shank for weight distribution? We are using an adapter which decreases the towing capacity. Will this compensate? Is this the same as a weight distributing shank?
The 10001M will not secure to a weight distribution head, therefore can not be used as part of a weight distribution system.
