Does it block the tailgate from opening when the tote is installed?
Hi Jon. This tote does not tilt so depending on the height of your tailgate, it is possible that the tailgate would be blocked when loaded.

I need a small Van with a lift inside it too lift my mom whom is no weight bearing just looking to see how I can rent a van with a lift

We only offer chair lifts for retail that can be installed onto your own vehicle.
