I was completely satisfied with the drop off location. The only suggestion I have is make it easier to find, maybe a sign at the end of the road. The rep was professional and had me on my way quickly.

Please discuss mileage numbers with all customers!!! I was put down for 30 miles which would not be enough miles at all causing me to be charged more!!! I called the number I purchased the uhaul from but she lied and said she couldn't tell me anything. I then called the place I picked the uhaul up from and they also said said they couldn't tell me anything.

The owner did not show up until 8:15. I was supposed to pick the trailer up at 8. He also changed what i had put in my online order. he added the insurance that i had dropped. i didnt realize this until i had pulled off. So my bill was $20 more than what i had ordered online!

I didn't like the fact they we paid for 3 day rental an we only needed it for 24 hours and only use it for less than 24 hours. That was no way to set it to just 24 hour. So I want be using you again

In hooked up and gone in less than 15 minutes!!!

Only if they lived close or had no other options for rental. It's a ways out of the way from where I was moving from.
