The man in charge of the rentals gave my rental to another person even though I booked ahead of time. It was not a smooth process and it made me late for my moving help to begin. I would not recommend uhaul to a friend because of this experience.

I rent the U-Haul you had bed bugs in the U-Haul I just moved in a new place and the bed bugs came with me off the U-Haul I told the man when I went back to return the U-Haul I told him he had bed bugs he didn't say anything all he said was let's go out and check the mileage gas and then he put the U-Haul up so I know he knew they were bed bugs he acted like it was nothing I feel he should have charged me ... I was very disappointed I would never never come back there to rent nothing

My reservation was late by an hour, I was guaranteed the $50, but have yet to see this transaction. My total bill was for $82.27 I have the receipt when I checked the truck back in. but today my debit was ran for another $3.92? So I want a refund for the $3.92 and $50 since my reservation was messed up. The trucks are in bad shape, I had to move the dolly and put it in the truck from the store. Then when I finished moving all day I had to unload the dolly and bring back into the store and had to take pictures of milage and gas for the attendants that work there. I have rented from uhaul over the years and never had such a horrible experience. I will be in contact tomorrow.

I had a 9:00am rental. I saw some online reviews about arriving at 9:00 and waiting along time to actually receive the truck. We got there at 9:05 and by the time I had received the truck it was approx 10:00 am. I got a text from Uhaul telling me I had 5 hr left for a 6 hr rental. Subsequently, the move went slower then anticipated and I was 1 hr late returning the truck. The charged me for 2 full rentals. Double the price I was quoted. I will be calling customer service to lodge a protest to these charges. They also gave me a truck with 1/4 tank of gas after telling me in read 3/8. I learned I should have said something at the start. I find the whole experience underhanded by Uhaul and the reps.

He never did a walk through with me. I paid for a dolly and it wasn't in the truck. It took 15 minutes to check me in and out even though I did express check in online prior to picking up.

It was okay. I needed a larger truck and there weren't any. Asked for utility dollies and they were not included. Had to drive to another location to pick up the dollies and then was charged for the extra miles. The next day someone called and said that the order for the dollies was not closed and asked I'd returned them. So the person that we gave the dollies to didn't even close the ticket. Overall, bad experience.

I ordered a regular dolly they gave me a furniture dolly. They provide a lock for the uhaul, but not have a key. So I had to drive to Youngstown and unload everything the same day. My plan was to load the uhaul one day and drive in the next day. It was very inconvenient. Friendly people at the pick up, it was just a little disorganized

I ordered a month a head and when I arrived I didn’t have a dolly and I had to wait to customer service for an hour. The lady that was there knew nothing the guy over it wasn’t there I have to go to two city’s over to get a dolly for my appliances. Never again

A very organized location because there are a lot of trucks there so I recommend this spot they're organized clean inconsiderate to be a truck stop.

My issue is with Uhaul in general. I rent a truck 8 years ago and it was paid when I returned it. When I went to pick up my new truck I was denied it at first because the 8-year-old rental wasn't updated in the system. I think that was UNACCEPTABLE. I had to spend 30 minutes of this embarrassing experience to get this. the mistake cleared I would see if I had actually had a past due bill, but I didn't.

The truck smelled of oil or gasoline and cigarettes. It was also extremely dirty inside. The steering on the truck was in dire need of an alignment which made the wheels pull to the left making it difficult to steer the truck properly. Bad experience for a first time driver.

The reserved equipment was not available upon arrival (despite being listed as such) and fee was required upfront. Although, I completed the early check-in I was required to again complete the entire process as well as walk to the back of a parking lot to access the truck. Note: it was not brought to the front for inspection by the store clerk; the keys were handed over and paperwork emailed.

I did not come to this location or to a Uhaul in general. My email and the name of the email was used to register and rent a moving truck and other things from this location although the email name is mine, it was not me. I continue to receive email from that uhaul location with “receipts” from my purchase and on all the places where someone is to sign their is no signature. I’ve checked with my bank and none of my cards have been used but this is not me who is using these services.

The truck cut off on me twice. The wheel kept locking up. I reserved the truck for a specific time and due to them not coming to the site I had to wait for them to finish everything over the phone which cause about a 45 minute delay. I just wouldn’t use this specific location ever again
