Reservation should be made much easier I had to call in when I went there the guy said all the trucks was reserved but overall things went smoothly

The truck's "check engine" light was on the entire time, but there were no noticeable performance issues. The android U-Haul app has a link to the pick up location, but both Waze and Google maps, led us to a location over one mile away. The above address of 1201 E 185th Street is correct, but that is not where the app had us going to. If people cannot locate the trucks, U-Haul will lose rental customers.

The truck was dirty inside and it leak fuild it was not acceptable and I would like refund  and no information was giving to me about the mileage and gas when I picked up the Truck and I will not use U Haul again and I will not refer anyone to your COMPANY. I WILL BE MAKING A COMPLAINT TO SOMEONE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE.

Truck was damaged on body, really no big deal. However, I was charged for gas when gas was replaced on upon returning the truck. Other charges were appied totaling $17,55 on top of original quote. If I replaced the fuel used, why am I charged fuel fee of $9 and all the extra charges totaling $17,55?

The workers there were rude, tried extending for another day and was told I never called. Paid almost 200$ for 2 days for no reason

Truck was dirty. The check engine light was on. The truck kept stopping. Act like it didn't. Want to switch gear

I've rented a lot of trucks and I'll never go back here. First they don't actually check you in there, they call someone on a cell phone in between customers and are rude. The truck was not swept out when we got it. Good luck getting through the parking lot, it's more like sink holes than pot holes.

Did not like that I had to speak with the location manager by phone. All of the questions I had to answer, made me a little suspect. 1st truck given to me had broken side mirror, 2nd had "oil change needed" light. Last truck was a bit dirty, but worked out well. For convenience, I would recommend this location.

I was shocked by the Uhaul rental process. I've always rented Ryder trucks and I was equally impressed with uhaul.

I really want my money back! They truck had alignment issues, pulled to the left. Dirty inside and out. I reserved a dolly, and the gas station attendant told me first come first serve basis! I want my money back!

To start with, a much better attitude; the clerk was rude and argumentative; not at all customer oriented. Vehicle gas level was on empty and even though I had to first put gas in the truck in order to use it, still they charged me for fuel cost. There was broken glass throughout the cab of the truck making it so only a driver could ride in the vehicle. No documents given to drive with putting me a black driver at risk of being harassed by police.

The trucks are not well maintained. I went through 3 before I got one that I could use. Additionally the trucks are filthy! Guy did give me an extra hour for the delay in finding a working truck.

Back of uhaul had debris , but nothing major. Would rent from here again.

Make sure the trucks have regular routine maintenance. The truck did the job however it felt like it needs a wheel alignment.

For the most part the truck was clean but the ramp was completely filled with debris broken shingles like somebody didn’t clean the ramp other than that the truck was OK

Very unprofessional. False reading on gas and tried to charge for it. Asked if I took a picture when initially getting into the truck when disputing point where gas was ACTUALLY was. Clerk didn't tell me to take a picture SMH when I initially got the truck.

My reservation was at 10 AM. I reserved 2 furniture dollies and 1 utility dolly with my order along with the truck. When I got there all they had was one appliance dolly. She said the dollies are first come first serve and somebody came earlier and got them. I asked her what's the point of reserving them if they're first come first serve. She shrugged her shoulders and said do you want the utility one? I was very unsatisfied as I had people on their way to my house and I don't have what I need. Nothing was rectified, I still had to pay for the utility dolly and I got the feeling that she didn't care. So the system and the customer service needs a lot of work. I would NOT rent from this location again.

The guy charged me $215 fuel charge because I didn't have time to go back to truck and take pictures of mileage and fuel for him. I didn't have time to do his job that day!! I went 20 miles total put $20 in fuel back in returned truck and next day got a receipt saying I used 24 gallons how and I only went 20 miles I wouldn't suggest this location ever to nobody

The truck was filthy, the door had dried up blood on the door that I had to clean, candy paper rappers in the door, truck smelled. Everything was dirty unacceptable, especially when we are in a pandemic with different diseases.

The location was unprofessional, disorganized. They had no clue what was going on. The equipment I requested wasn't there (certain dollies, etc.). The moving blankets were disgusting. Terrible experience. The inside of the U-Haul back wasn't clean.

The lady named Christina was very rude she refused to come check my rental back in after giving me a truck with broken mirrors and when I wanted to switch she stated she was doing me a favor I had to wait 20 minutes to get the remaining deposit she taunted me when she was leaving out the door as I talked to the other clerk as her shift ended very unprofessional

Truck did not work. Then they gave me the small truck which is very small for my home. I had to make extra rides / extra miles to move Now they charged me for 143$ when initially they told me only 53$

The truck had little to no power steering. The supplies I ordered with the truck was not there and I didn't notice till I inspected tgectruck. Nobody forewarned me. The truck was parked in an area where there was some flooding
