Reservation should be made much easier I had to call in when I went there the guy said all the trucks was reserved but overall things went smoothly

The truck's "check engine" light was on the entire time, but there were no noticeable performance issues. The android U-Haul app has a link to the pick up location, but both Waze and Google maps, led us to a location over one mile away. The above address of 1201 E 185th Street is correct, but that is not where the app had us going to. If people cannot locate the trucks, U-Haul will lose rental customers.

Niela PattonTruck was damaged on body, really no big deal. However, I was charged for gas when gas was replaced on upon returning the truck. Other charges were appied totaling $17,55 on top of original quote. If I replaced the fuel used, why am I charged fuel fee of $9 and all the extra charges totaling $17,55?

raven marshallI've rented a lot of trucks and I'll never go back here. First they don't actually check you in there, they call someone on a cell phone in between customers and are rude. The truck was not swept out when we got it. Good luck getting through the parking lot, it's more like sink holes than pot holes.

All of the questions I had to answer, made me a little suspect. 1st truck given to me had broken side mirror, 2nd had "oil change needed" light. Last truck was a bit dirty, but worked out well. For convenience, I would recommend this location.

CHARLOTTE LEWISTo start with, a much better attitude; the clerk was rude and argumentative; not at all customer oriented. Vehicle gas level was on empty and even though I had to first put gas in the truck in order to use it, still they charged me for fuel cost. There was broken glass throughout the cab of the truck making it so only a driver could ride in the vehicle. No documents given to drive with putting me a black driver at risk of being harassed by police.

ERICA BIZZELLMy reservation was at 10 AM. I reserved 2 furniture dollies and 1 utility dolly with my order along with the truck. When I got there all they had was one appliance dolly. She said the dollies are first come first serve and somebody came earlier and got them. I asked her what's the point of reserving them if they're first come first serve. She shrugged her shoulders and said do you want the utility one? I was very unsatisfied as I had people on their way to my house and I don't have what I need. Nothing was rectified, I still had to pay for the utility dolly and I got the feeling that she didn't care. So the system and the customer service needs a lot of work. I would NOT rent from this location again.
BANENA BROOKSThe guy charged me $215 fuel charge because I didn't have time to go back to truck and take pictures of mileage and fuel for him. I didn't have time to do his job that day!! I went 20 miles total put $20 in fuel back in returned truck and next day got a receipt saying I used 24 gallons how and I only went 20 miles I wouldn't suggest this location ever to nobody

Joni GriffithI order a dolly it wasn't there. I had to clean off all the snow and then the windshield of the truck was full of hard ice that I had to clean. The lady at the gas station was no help at all and seem don't to care. The oil light was on it was low. About 40 to 45 min I was still there because the truck was not ready to go. So I couldn't leave at the time I ordered to pick the truck up at 9:00 am. Then when I brought it back , the man who was behind the window at that time wanted to charged me late fee because the lady didn't tell him what happened when I came to pick up the Truck at 9:00 am. I'm still waiting for my receipt and today is Sunday. The man said I will have my receipt with in an hour Saturday evening. And I call the UHC of Cleveland Regional Traffic Office at (216) 631- 3700 to make my complaint while I was still there at Mobile Oil gas station 1201 E. 185th St. Cleveland Oh 44119 (216) 731-1176. The gentleman on the phone said he will have someone to call me who is working that region. And I'm still waiting on that call. This is bad service I ever received from U Haul. Can you please send me my receipt.
