The customer service was horrible and they tried to rob me … they gave me a price and I told them I wanted to see the breakdown because I rented a truck at the same location two days prior and I did more mileage and this time I rented it it was less mileage and about the same price . The guy who ended up started that he was the manager said that they will email me the break down. I never received it I told him if he can print it out or take a pic from the computer that was behind the register for me to see and he said their printer wasn't working. He told me that was the price n thar he can't do nothing about it and to call uhaul and take it up with them or dispute it with my bank. After my husband showed him his police badge he magically went in the system and printed out the breakdown after he stated his printer wasn't working. Long story short they charged 15 dollars for fuel charge when I filled the fuel up more than it was before I received it. I showed him the picture on my phone of the fuel when I picked the truck up and how it was when I dropped it off and even the receipt that I put in for gas. He was like fine I will give you the money back he looked real annoyed like I caught him in an act of how they rob people. He continued by taking the 15 dollars and throwing it down on the table a five and a ten. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE … horrible experience and added more stress like moving isn't stressful enough. I RESERVED an appliance dolly and a handtruck. When we picked up the truck they did not have either available. They said they rented them to someone else. What's the point in reserving if they're not going to honor it? So then we were stuck moving everything without any equipment to help us. It was a nightmare!

I've used this location multiple times. this last time was quick but unfortunately the truck was not clean. Had french fries on the floor and dirt in the truck that I had to sweep out.

My U-Haul was not available for my reserved time. The truck was not staged. The worker was present at the time of pickup and refused to release keys after 9pm. The location markets as 24/7 but does not practice this. I was told nothing could be done and forced to wait hours after my reservation until the location claimed it would open up again. This set my schedule back several hours that I could have used. Absolutely do not recommend anyone utilize this U-Haul location. I have never had an issue with a U-Haul location until this place. Customer service could not help at all either.

when I return my truck, The mileage and fuel were over charged. should have people double check in and out.

Over charged. They charged for 2 days I returned it same day with only 17 miles driven.

This location needs further training in data entry as I was wrongly charged over $1200 for 663 miles traveled when it was actually 33 miles traveled it was a very big error that someone in a budget cannot afford to be overcharged with. Your customer service on the phone however is very helpful and patient.

I walked around for over 40 minutes trying to figure out where to get the keys. Spent another 45 minutes on hold with a very rude customer service person who didn't help me at all. I will use a different truck rental service from now on, it wasn't worth the aggravation

Make sure the air conditioner works in the truck before renting and give proper reciept indicating the correct amount of fuel at pick up.

Sales person was rude and Inappropriate behavior - talked on the phone while I was waiting at the counter, refused to provide dolly I requested (gas station stuff used Uhaul marked dolly for those purposes)

They charged me $32 for safe move instead of$16, and charged me $39,95 instead of$19,95 for the rental.

It took me over an hour to get the keys the truck has brakes transmission issues and a big hole in the back cabin took me also an hour to drop off the keys the web application totally sucks I had to call three times in order to get keys

There was no gas when I picked up the truck, there was trash in the cup holders and the guys who work in the gas station store there are too worried about hanging out than working. There's three guys behind the counter at any given time and they just talk to each other and ignore the customer.

It was a bit confusing as to where to leave the key at this location. There is a trailer on the property which I thought was the office - it was not. Then located some kind of lockbox on the side of the building with U-Haul logos on it. No good. Phone number attached to this location kept ringing. Inquired inside of the gas station/convenience store and found it was the key dropoff location. Maybe need some clarity there.

Try he van was in poor condition. Garbage in the cabin, empty tank of gas and check engine light on. The people were rude and not helpful. On my mothers eyes I would never use these guys again

it all depends on who the counter person is at the location, being a business acct holder and one that rents twice a month to run a food pantry it is disheartening to get into a truck with half of a driver's seat and it being dirty. the truck always has the engine light on and just doesn't represent your company logo well

Moe at this location was very helpful with getting me the proper truck after U-Haul changed my confirmation and was trying to send me to Park Slope Brooklyn to pick up the vehicle. The first woman I spoke to on the U-Haul customer service phone number was not helpful and a bit nasty.

I ordered a 15 foot truck ahead of Time. When I got there, he told me they only have 10 foot trucks available. I then had to rent another truck from somewhere else. He also tried to sell me the insurance 5 times so I'm sure there's a commission for that. Would never go there again!!
