But it was just a beginning, moving crew whom requested from U-Haul web side end up being a criminals, whom stole my belongings while loading truck,money,documents.And U-Haul trying to stay out of that, their advertised them on Uhaul web side and now telling me that we have nothing to do with that moving company.Didnt provide any help to find those people whom stole my staff, I cant believe it.Stay away from that copmany,thier are hiring people with out checking

Tire pressure monitor system broken. Driver door rattled so much in wind as to cause headache. Got a small discount upon return so that's good.

jim W.The gentleman was rude. I also returned my rental within three hours and did not receive my close out until 5 hours later. He charged a $25 cleaning fee when I turned it in clean, full of gas and only used it for 3 hours. Terrible experience! I will never go there again.

I took a photo of the fuel gage when I returned the vehicle that clearly shows the fuel gage was the same at time of rental. Lesson learned always return vehicle in person not drop box. I would have challenge fuel reading if I did it in person. The front of the vehicle shakes really bad
Glen R.On 1/11/23 I made a reservation for a 26' truck to be picked up in Belton, TX. I was then contacted later in the day advising this truck was no longer available and I would need to go to Round Rock, TX at 2pm on 1/14/23 and pick up a 26' truck. I arrived at the Round Rock location (45 mins south of my home) and the location was closed and a 26' truck was no where in sight. I then contacted customer service and was told I would need to drive to Copperas Cove, TX (over an hour back north from the Round Rock location) to pick up a 20' truck, as that was the only thing available. I called back 20 minutes later to confirm that the two additional items in my initial reservation would be on the truck, a furniture dolly and an appliance dolly. At that time I was told they would be there with the 20' truck. When I arrived, the only item on the truck was an appliance dolly and that facility was closed so I wasn't able to rent the furniture dolly. This has caused a huge inconvenience for me and my family. We now have to drive back to Belton, TX, from McKinney, TX to move the remaining items that didn't fit in the truck. This is a 2 and a half hr drive, one way. I do not believe the Copperas Cove location had any part in this mess up!

Robert A V.Sign on door "OPEN 10AM TO 3PM". I arrived at 9:45 AM for a scheduled 10 AM drop off time and waited till 10:15am before a man from the liquor store next door came over and told me to just park the trailer next to another trailer on the lot. He said it would be fine. No receipt.

The city installed concrete barriers with zero turn access to ALL THREE of your 190 UHaul locations. Each business admits it had lost 40 % of its UHaul business because of being blocked off by the city. UHaul through incompetence in keeping up with city planning has cost itself on average, if a business brings in 500 000 a year has lost 40 % of it's income on 190 costing UHaul 200 000 per business listing on business 190 and all because UHaul didn't keep up with business planning and pay for turn lanes like the big box businesses in Cove did such as Walmart. Are you trying to go bankrupt????

Tony M.This location has been permanently blocked off by the City of Copperas Cove who installed a large concrete divider in the middle of 190. This has cut YOUR business at this and another UHaul location on the same road IN HALF because YOU failed to address the City of Copperas Cove and vote NO to putting in these concrete barriers. Every single business has lost 40 % of its business because of these concrete barriers that have zero reasons for being placed. Your two UHaul businesses are affected monetarily by this poor decision by a city manager who wanted the concrete barriers laid “because they saw it in Austin and thought it looked good.†Your failure to properly address in any format has cost you money and earning potential. Businesses all along the highway as well as Covites AVOID 190. The only businesses who have turn in lanes are those who paid for it. I highly suggest you contact the City of Copperas Cove and let them know that disparaging against your business by not providing a turn lane is grounds for suing them. Additionally, I was informed that you still follow the fake Covid cleaning rules lmao 藍 Seriously??? Everyone has seen the Phizer documentation. Everyone listens to Alex Jones. Everyone watched Senator Ron Johnson's Round Table event. Everyone has read Dr. Malone, Dr. Yeadon, Dr. McCullough statements to Congress. We all know that the PCR tests do not work. We have seen on the news all the lies that have been told about Covid but you still insist on playing the propaganda mind game for government money that is money laundered through Ukraine. Get some backbone and stop the fake Covid crap. We're sick and tired of businesses like yours perpetuating the lies.
John S.Turned in truck on a Sunday, so no-one was there. Location was easy to find and parking lot was easy to maneuver around in and plenty of space to park truck. Lock box for keys very visible and accessible.

I'm really considering using a different company from now on. It's sad because I've spent almost $5 000 with uhaul in that last 12 months alone.

The equipment for the location is out of date and needs to be able to function with newer vehicles because the electrical hookup is very old. The trailer has recalls on it that have not been handled, and all of this made for a poor experience. The gentleman told me I took too long to fill out his survey so it was my fault it expired and that I took too long to handle it. He didn't want to be there, he made it known and it's not acceptable when people are simply trying to use a service you provide. Will not rent from this location again!

They charged me $20 to much and it was never adjusted. $19,99 for i town rental and $.99 per mile for 33 miles should have been around $53 they put a hold on my card for $77. And never adjusted it.
