Staff was great!
I made a reservation for a Uhaul truck several weeks prior to my move date. The day before moving I was told there were no trucks available and would have to go to another town. This cost me time and money. I am very disappointed and will consider one of your competitors to fulfill my moving needs and would recommend that course to my family and friends.
Could not rent truck for 3 days at this location. Had to go to a different location to get a truck for 3 days.
SUPER staff. Displayed positive attitude and very professional. Appeared to enjoy their job. Property was very clean.
Pretty disappointed...I saw in the back of the truck if you sweep the truck you get $25 off. I took pictures of it clean and I made a note of me disagreeing with my total payment amount and yet no one looked over it or contacted me about it. I tried emailing back the email that sent me my receipt that was linked to send an email for any concerns and yet it was unavailable. Poor quality in the no contact app.
Very degrading, talked down to me like I didn't know what I was looking for. Doesn't answer phone calls to allow customers to communicate with them about there equipment being dropped off a day early. Also doesn't mention his location is closed Sunday.

A complete joke. This place was not clearly marked as to where to drop off your trailer and where the office was. I was helped by an individual that didn't even work there.
The tires looked newer, however during the move, we had a less than gentle ride and ended up having to call roadside assistance. Our drive ended up taking an additional 10 hours due to both front tires not being in good condition. We moved half way across the country and were both on a tight time table and couldn't afford to be broke down on the side of the interstate for several hours after already taking longer to drive the distance covered due to the poor conditions of the tires. Upon reaching our destination, we couldn't even immediately unload the furniture due to pure exhaustion. It would have been nice to drive through without complications especially since the truck didn't even have 50k miles on it. I've always rented from U-Haul but this experience has left me feeling unsure that the vehicles are properly and REGULARLY maintained. The gentleman I dealt with at the pick up location was wonderful though.
Both gentlemen were very nice & professional. Ben unhooked the trailer for me & was very personable. If I need U-Haul service again, I'll be using this location. I will also recommend it to others.
I gave it 3 stars because I had to meet with the U-Haul Rep at the liquor next door. The issue with that is the store was small so it was pretty tight with the Rep, the liquor store employee, myself and the customers. In the days of COVID-19, that wasn't the most comfortable situation. Also, because the Rep was at the store, there was no one answering the phone at the actual U-Haul store. I called twice before to let them know I would be late and couldn't reach anyone. I presume the Rep was at the store because the U-Haul location didn't have AC. The guy was very nice. The process was pretty quick and smooth.
Nothing really. Besides making sure that you have an employee actually answer the phones. I had to stop in the office to confirm and then only to find out the pick up location was not the actual uhaul location

Minus the condescending bearded idiot who works at the facility who minds you needs his mouth rocked the products are not bad. I would prefer to rent products at another location than deal with the owner of the facility although knowledgeable on his products is a disrespectful condescending trash.

We were told that road grime doesn't count as unclean and if the last person threw a bag of chips on the floor and it wasn't cleaned up then that's unclean. That's understandable but a bit more cleaning in the cabin of the truck would have been appreciated. We didn't pay much attention to it when taking the truck off the lot, but there was A LOT of dirt behind the seats as well as spills on the cup holder area. Quite the amount of dust too. With COVID concerns, I went in and used disinfectant wipes to clean up the cup holder area, stealing wheel, and seats. I don't understand why other locations are disinfecting while this location wasn't, or if they are why the inside wasn't thoroughly cleaned. However, it wasn't a problem, the man who did our paperwork was very friendly and funny which we enjoyed. The location is great, just wish the cleaning was better.

Fix your computer issues. I had to go withdraw $400 in cash to make a rental I reserved online and in advance.

Very unorganized & slow. After waiting an hour to be helped, we had to leave to meet our moving help & came back 3 hours later to finally pick up the trailer. Only one man at the liquor store helping uhaul & other customers. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

I picked up the Uhaul Friday morning and dropped it off at this location a couple hours later. I received a call Monday afternoon asking if I needed an extension for the Uhaul that I had already turned in. Very frustrating and bad experience the last time and this time. Will be looking for a different company next time.

I was told to drop off at 1 location and that location told me to drop off at 2007 E Business Hwy 190. It's a dirt lot, they were closed but I was able to self check in my equipment with relatively no problems.
Make sure to check in the customer's equipment timely. I had mechanical trouble with the truck and returned it early but they did not update their inventory timely to reflect that I had turned it in a day early. The location was closed early in the day when I visited. I had to drop off my keys at the liquor store next door to the drop off location. The guy said I was on his list but the equipment was not checked in. It ended up on a late return list several days later because it still had not been checked in. The truck had mechanical trouble during the trip and two warning lights in the dash board display came on indicating mechanical trouble. We pulled over and stopped after loss of acceleration. Eventually we were able to finish the trip though it was almost two hours later on arrival than we had planned. The truck needs to go to the shop. I was never able to meet with a Uhaul representative at the drop off location. This is not a complaint. I am just letting you know about the experiences we had. I would still rent equipment from Uhaul again.

You can approve the accuracy of which location you are being sent to because I was sent to 2 different locations before I was properly taken care of. There should also be additional training because the first location I went to stated they didn't know how to do it and they sent me to another location.

Ensure the truck is ready and has sufficient gas. If I say I'm picking it up at 8 that's what it means not leave there by 9! Also have 2 people in the store to help customers.
